I have been going to this place for nearly 5 years now. It was closest to my home when I first arrived in LV. I have since moved farther north and continue to make the trek across town to this location. They take exceptional care of my husbands business attire and they have great rates. Won't go anywhere else. There was an occasion when they lost one of our shirts and took full responsibility. Actually gave us money to replace it. Mistakes are bound to be made as we are all human, but these guys own theirs. Fully accountable business practices.
