I don't know why these guys don't have more 5 star ratings. I have used them for my dry cleaning for several years now and never had a single issue with them, and the prices are always fair. Keep in mind, I do not go in to the location itself and instead I choose to use their free pickup and delivery, which actually is free. I leave my clothes on my doorstep in the morning in a bag they provide, and when it is completed they drop it off on my doorstep and charge my credit card. I checked the prices that they charge and they are exactly the same as if I dropped the clothes off myself, so how can I complain about a dry cleaning service that I don't have to leave my house to have done? Easily the best dry cleaners in Las Vegas.

There's better choices out there with better customer service, they have good location and good prices but do not expect a proper service specially for delicate or fine clothing. t shirts and jeans ok, dress shirt, suits and dresses not again....

I have been going to Flair Cleaners for quite sometime. I have always gotten good service. The staff is warm and friendly. Also the prices are reasonable. The store improvements look good.

These people KNOW good customer service. I love that they have very good prices, and do a great job QUICK. They never say I cannot do that! They took some dresses in for me a couple a years ago for me. They do all my husband's work shirts. We just dropped off TWO COMFORTERS to be cleaned for winter. THEY ROCK! WE LOVE THEM! and HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. We use to use another place down the street who ruined our clothes and never would apologize or be accoutable. Today, I called there about my dress. I brought it there to be cleaned the beginning of the week. When I went to pick it up it three days ago; my dress had huge strange stains all over it. Today Penny said she would send it out to be cleaned again. I am very disturbed and disappointed by all of this.
