HOW DO THEY CONTINUE TO DO THIS... Numerous issues over 3 years of service, though utilized due to convenience by my home, I guess I learned my lesson when trying to have faith in this location to get their stuff together. Oil stains and smells on clothes, sent out items for missing buttons only to get the garment back not fixed from their mistakes. This didn't happen once Eileen "manager" expressed "oh not a problem" of course its a problem I paid for a service that was not performed. Normally spend $80 every other week for suits and slacks. On 1/3/18 received my clothes with tar like stains on them damaging multiple suit pants, charge $79.05. When I returned on 1/4/2018 to express the issue, Eileen said "we'll re wash them at no charge." Ok but what about refunding the charge and they were obviously damaged. "Oh you have to call my boss". She even mentioned that they forgot to check and it and could have been damaged by their machines. "It happens a lot she said "not a problem." Then in the same breath asked me what I spilled on them?? It was obvious that this was on multiple garments and damaged by some kind of machinery and I felt that I was speaking to 2 different people. The number that Eileen gave me went to a vm for a receptionist and the directory did not have a "Laurie Weaver" I tried Numerous attempts with no call back. When I called Eileen at the store to get another number she said that she called Laurie and she will call me back right away but refused to give me a contact number directly to her, stating she would get in trouble. Garments were supposed to be back by end of day 1/4/2018 she mentioned. With No call from her boss "Laurie Weaver." I came back into the store on 1/5/18. Eileen had no idea who I was, had to repeat story, didn't have my clothes. Said oh my boss didn't call you? Nothing resolved. I feel they are hiding something and will continue to try to get my money refunded. This is not right, I should not have been charged for this and they should resolve this by making good on their business promise. Especially since I have been a customer there for a while and spent good money with them. I have never encountered a company not to resolve a guest issue and to delay contacting or pretend nothing happened. They had lost my business and will not go to Al Phillips. Sad thing when I talked about this at my office, almost all my colleagues stated they refuse to go to Al Phillips for the same issues with horrible customer service results.
**Update. Was contacted today 1/5/2018 by Laurie and offered to refund service and value of damaged items. Though appreciative of the gesture, I have still decided to take my business elsewhere. Thank you
