In trying to remove stain from my shorts, they ended up removing the original color from parts of the shorts. While the process of refunding money for my recently purchased shorts or replacing it should have been a smooth one, the personnel at the location (barring one very nice lady) and the owner made it confusing and unnecessarily prolonged, involving many differing statements from differing personnel and the nature of compensation (money vs replacement). It resulted in numerous phone calls and trips to the place on my part. While the product the eventually replaced, it should not have taken so much time and involved miscommunication. Wont be returning anytime soon. In retrospect, I should have taken "before" pictures of my clothes and should have asked to see their printed policy, in case of clothing damage. Oh well, live and learn, I guess!
