It’s the cleanest laundromat I’ve been too. Todd, the owner, was cleaning the entire time I was there. He even was sweeping trash from the parking lot. He strikes up a conversation with everyone who comes in and helps you to find the best washer for the price vs your loads. I’m in between houses right now so I don’t normally need to visit a laundromat, but I’d be fine with coming here every week. I set up my laptop at a high top table, used the free WiFi and worked. Time flew by.

We just moved here and hadn't been to a laundromat in forever but the owner was right there showing us how to use the payment options and was so smazing! This place was so clean and the atmosphere for a laundromat was cheerful and i didnt mind waiting to do my clothes. All the various size machines and everything in tip top shape and immaculate. And of all things the bathroom was spotless. It even had bar stools so you could sit up to the counter to fold or work on your computer. Nothing negative to say here this place is amazing!

Really customer service oriented employees. I showed up expecting to be able to pay in quarters when I was informed that the machines don't take that. He offered to start the machines for me with a card and I paid him directly. He also made sure to let me know how to go about getting a card for next time. The night cleaning guy was geat knowing how tired we were he helped us get the bins out of her car to bring them in to was. It is a very clean and well keep up facility. Only place I go. They have about 5 TVs that you can watch at your discretion w/ plenty of seats. And free WIFI. Great place to get homework done while you wait for your clothes. Place is pretty reasonable on prices.

I use the facility every once in awhile and have never seen it dirty. Very well kept. One time I used a machine to wash my pillows, one weakened and shredded fuzz all over the inside of the washer. Todd, the owner was very gracious and assisted in cleaning, and even paid for a free wash/rinse and drying load! Neat atmosphere and more spacious with the recent upgrade. Will come back for sure.

This place is awesome. We travel from south of Offitt just to use this facility. It’s clean. All equipment is new and works well. They have ultra big washers and dryers as well which is nice when you have big loads or blankets etc to wash The best thing for me is safety. I have an Autistic toddler so going public places can be quite difficult. I messaged Laundry World early this morning with questions about slow times and prices. I received quick responses with courtesy and a lot of kindness. Once we arrived there the first thing I noticed was the ramps by every parking spot. That made it very easy to roll the carts right to my vehicle to take my clothes inside. Inside Laundry world was very clean which made the atmosphere quite pleasant. Despite everything being clearly marked I still messed up on what machine to use. However the owner has offered to give me credit for the next time I go in. Overall, I will tell everyone about this place and give very high praises.

Laundry World Bellevue is simply Awesome! It is clean! It has never been packed! The washers are big! It's a luxury experience for going to a laundromat. You feel as if you are at the country club or an upper escilon apartment building. With the nice TV's Wifi plenty of vending machines. You can even use cash and be issued a card for the machines!!!! I enjoy this laundromat over any I have ever been too!

Incredibly clean, the fact that they’re open til midnight is a life saver! You’ve got entertainment with multiple tv’s, some arcade games to pass the time. They’ve got an asssortment of vending machines for a quick snack, or something to drink. There’s an atm on premise as well as a vacuum pump outside Incase you need to vacuum the car! I met Dan, who tends to the machines and is incredibly friendly and helpful. Not a big fan of public laundromats but this was a very pleasant experience with plenty of things to accommodate your needs!

We relocated two kids from San Diego to Bellevue for college and needed to introduce them to the laundromat! We were blessed to walk into the clean and efficient Laundry World facilities. We loved using the smart card and the dryers only required one cycle. We made a mistake and accidentally charged our smart card for 8.50 and when I texted the number I was surprised by the immediate response and was refunded immediately. My kids loved the experience! Easily my best laundry experience. Super clean and comfortable. Kuddos to whoever's idea it was to have an in-person rep. I goofed and put my (already) washed clothes in another washer instead of a dryer. Normally, in my experience, laundromats are free for alls and I would have had to just wait and figure it out on the other end. Dan, the rep was very personable and helpful. He stopped the machine for me and even managed to make feel less goofy about the whole thing. I can tell they really care about their business. Definitely earned the rating.

Don't normally do this but Laundry World has to be one of the nicest Laundry Mats I've ever been to. Every machine works. The owner was there talking to people. Plenty of outlets for my phone. Normally go to anytime laundry down the street to do my laundry but decided to change up and do my laundry at laundry world first let’s start by recognizing how clean the facility is. Second I was unaware that they got new machines that you use a card on. I had change the kind attendant their exchange my currency so I can use the machine. Reasonable prices plus they have a huge machine that you can wash 3 loads in at once. Will be doing my laundry here from now on.

We've been coming here for the last six months because it's clean, the machines are kept up well, and the people that run the place are very friendly. They also have a huge selection of different sized washers & dryers and run deals all the time to save you money. My favorite feature is the laundry card. You don't have to worry about carrying around a bunch of quarters and they reward you $2 for every $20 you load onto the card.

This laundromat is amazing. They use a CardMate laundry card or your credit/debit card to pay, no quarters. They have a large selection of 2-8 load washers and even bigger dryers. (Biggest is a 12 load dryer) There are also vending machines for laundry products such as detergent, fabric softener and dryer sheets. Food vending machines also available. I definitely recommend this laundromat.

There is no one here to help with machine breakdowns. The phone machine only goes to vm. Now my clothes are in a washer FULL of water and have been for over an hour. I am very disappointed in this place. Nice place, poor service. My response to yours: Yes I say an hour. I plan to do my laundry on my lunch break. I put the clothes in and go grab a bite. I come back and the washer is stuck and full of water. Ok, the readout says "LID", so i open and close the lid a couple of times, nothing. I then look to find a worker or a number. there are probably 50 signs in that place and a few menus for pizza places and local restaurants. I read through the sign that tells me there are 2 ways to start the machines as this one had the most information on it. Most of the others are load capacity signs. I look all around the establishment and somehow missed the ONE sign that has your phone number on it. So, I Google the place and get the number from Google. When I dialed that number it directed me to leave a message on Facebook or your Google page. By this time I have already lost my wash time, the time I messed with the lid to see if I could get it to drain, reading signs looking for your number, doing an online search and listening to vm. The 5 min it took you to respond back to my message telling me to call you, getting direction from you i would have to stick with it cost me close to an hour. I do appreciate you starting another washer for me as well as offering to pay the $1.75 for the dryer however my review stands as having only placard with a number on it in the entire place is less than par. (none on the storefront glass either). My review stands. If you wanted to make it that easy for someone to get in touch with you, there would be placards and numbers posted on a few (if not all) of the walls as well as the storefront glass. You are very personable but make it a game to be able to reach out. Thank you again,

I used this place to wash my king size comforters but since my town has a water restriction in place I use this place for everything now. It's very nice place and I can get everything done under 2 hours. I don't have to deal with bags of quarters. Debit machines are great a plus wide variety of machines no matter how small or big your loads are

I love this place! As a place I have to go to do my laundry, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The owner puts his heart and soul into this place. If there’s ever a problem, which is rare, he always makes it right. Every time I visit, the place is clean and bright. His prices are reasonable and I enjoy taking advantage of the ‘sale’ prices when available. The machines take most debit cards or you can get a laundry card right there I’ll continue using Laundry World.

The staff and owners here are great! You can tell they actually care about their patrons! They keep the place extremely clean, are welcoming, helpful and friendly. I prefer this place over the other one nearby because its always sparkling clean and you wont find people sleeping on the benches. There isn't any riff just hanging out to watch tv as loud as possible like they are at home and if you need anything they are always willing to do what the can and then some! Great place to go when doing your wash.

Just moved here and the man working explained that for whatever reason USAA cards will not work on the machines. He was able to start it for us and helped us get one of the prepaid reloadable cards which was going above and beyond! Very clean place!
