As a small business owner, times can be rough. Cut my order to once a month and was told my prices are doubling then. And locked in for 4 years..what a terrible thing for a new business! Smh..won't be recommending

If I could leave no stars I would. I have had nothing but issues since I was originally sold the service until now. I was told I wasn't signing a contract but an "agreement" that I could cancel at any time if I wasn't satisfied and that was a flat out lie. I have to call at least once a month or more due to my delivery being wrong...they have a lengthy and unclear process of cancelling service. Do not go with this company. I wish I hadn't.

Grade: F. They washed a $400 bedspread of mine from Dillards. Received it back from Ideal Linen extremely faded and they took no responsibility for it. Poor customer service/business.

so I interview for a job here and was pretty much told i was stupid because i could get the terminology correct on a multi -meter i never used before granted im not an electrician and never said I was but it never says that you have to be an electrician in the add and it just says knowledge of electrical. here is there add "Minimum three years working experience repairing industrial processing equipment in an industrial environment or in the military is required * Equipment knowledge - wiring, electrical, electronic components, pipe systems and plumbing, machinery is required * Ability to read maintenance literature printed in English required * Prior experience with and ability to read a blueprint is required. * Boiler knowledge preferred. * HVAC experience preferred * Prior experience and ability to perform welding activities including MIG, TIG, ARC, cutting and brazing preferred. * Ability to stand for up to 7 hours in an 8 hour shift required." Now im not bragging but everything on here i except the electrical i would consider myself as very experienced and I may be in my 40s but im still learning and I learn very fast so with that said you better change your add.

Received my tie back with the keeper loop hanging off on one side. Also received my tie back with a big black mark on it that was not there before. They're going to fix it, but come on, be a bit more careful, we will see if the mark comes out.

Had my husband’s brand new suit cleaned. It came back with a stain on the sleeve that wasn’t there going in. Suit is dark and stain discolored it to a pinkish—red. My husband works in mortuary services: dark suits are the “uniform of the day.” One gets the idea, that because they are the only physical cleaner (the others contract out their services), the attitude is, “Take it or leave it.” They could have the whole Panhandle as customers if they fought as vehemently for proper customer service as they do for “This isn’t our fault, and we will die on this hill not accepting responsibility for poor service!” I’m so much more than disappointed! Won’t waste our money on them again.
