Brought in several clothing items for the launder and fold service, and they shrunk my pants! I can’t wear them now. Those pants should have been dry cleaned, not laundered. Plus, I got my clean clothes back, poorly folded and sliding around, in a large cardboard box, instead of the laundry bag they gave me, which you bring the clothes in in. The box is awkward to carry and now I have to break down and recycle the box. If I am going to get a box every time, that’s not very environmentally responsible (which is the premise of this cleaner), since the point of the laundry bag is that it’s reusable.

I use this place despite the ridiculous pricing. So so expensive compared to anywhere in the entire country. They do the best work locally, but it’s twice as expensive as it should be.

I needed my suit dry-cleaned in a pinch. Fashion Cleaners had it back to me the next day. And they sent me an email to let me know it was finished before I expected it to be, which was a nice surprise.

This is, hands down, the best location in Omaha. The manager, Dana, takes care of her customers and remembers their names. This morning an elderly woman was having trouble getting in to the building with her clothes so Dana came out to her car and brought them in for her. ❤️

This cleaning service Is used by the Hilton on cass street where I was staying. I used the service and it's awful they obviously mixed my whites with dark items and dyed them completely. In the picture the top bralette is the shape and colour it was when handed in the bottom one was how they returned it. In addition to dying them they shrunk my bra and my trousers meaning they're ruined. I wouldn't trust the reviews AT ALL! Awful and still waiting to get compensated.

I recently started using Fashion and so far I will say my experience has been great. I go to their Leavenworth location and the people there are always helpful and knowledgeable. They are a bit more expensive than other dry cleaners but if you can afford it they are worth the extra.

They did not advise on pricing. I Cavan to pick up the clothes (4 pieces) the bill turns out to be well over double of the price I expected. One piece was still dirty and I had to ask several time to get it removed from the bill. My suggestion, find a different cleaner, the do not respect nor care for their customer. Bad business practice

Listen, Omaha is simply a place that doesn’t have a culture where you wear clothes nice enough to be dry cleaned regularly. Because of that, there isn’t a huge market for dry cleaners to be on every corner like in NY. Which, by the way, is what typically drives down cost of this service in larger cities (think supply and demand from your high school economics class, people). Yes, Fashion Cleaners is more expensive than others in the city. However, they are the only quality one here. If you want your stuff dry cleaned by true professionals and not have to worry about your items being damaged or stained, go here. Sure, you can try the other places in town, but if your stuff goes missing or is damaged, just remember you got what you paid for.

I brought something in to be dry cleaned and to have a hole mended in the same item. When I was notified it was ready, I went in and noticed the hole was never sewn, so I had to leave it with them. The dry cleaning and sewing/mending is always excellent. The problem I had was that they are out of the way, and so driving all the way out there to find the sewing was never done was an inconvenience in which they never acknowledged. They acted like it was no big deal. Maybe giving a discount or some way of making up for their mistake would have been appropriate. Otherwise, I am happy with their work.

Not sure how this place has 4.4 stars. The price was outrageous for the services provided. In addition, the prices were different on two identical items. Lastly, the lady tried to overcharge me for my items. I had to tell her the shirts were already included in the price of the suits. I will not be using this establishment again.

If you're looking for above and beyond customer service this is your place! I am very particular on how I like my clothes pressed, and the ladies followed every direction and detail. Fashion Cleaners is very expensive and they ruined my rugs. I had the small rugs cleaned by them in the past with no problem.This time, the colors ran. I ended up paying over $50.00 for ruined rugs! Never again!

Fashion has been my dry cleaners for 25 years. In those years I have received better custome service, excellent leather cleaning, the best wool cleaning and laundry and pressing that compares to no other establishment in experiences. The most unpleasant situation that happened is when they lost a vest a to three piece suit I had just purchased. We did come to a mutually beneficial agreement. Finally when you have been doing busness with a company for such an extended time, I realize personnell change, and people are not perfect. I said that to say I am considering doing my laundery myself because my shirts have been unsatisfactorily pressed. I am a former wool presser so I my judgement may be more critical than the average customer. However Fashion Cleaners is still the best. J. Brown.

Fashion Cleaners has the best service of any dry cleaners I've tried here in Omaha. Their customer service is top notch and every time I call or leave a message for them, I get prompt responses and they follow up until the issue is resolved. The only thing I'd change are their prices, wish I could get a real discount for the amount of business we do with their company. IMHO!

Always been a great experience- friendly & caring staff, excellent turn around time, & clothing/garments come out very clean! If there is a mistake, they correct it with no charge & have convenient hours with a drive thru for drop off. It's a quick & easy process overall! Highly recommend!
