Danielle and Lori are really awesome people. They are the reason I continue to bring my business here. There has been a lot of major improvements since my 1st initial visit. There are great deals especially if you have a large family. There is free dry days and $ 1.00 was days. Great way to save a little

The reason I'm given them a three stars review not one. It's like all other reviews seem the company hire wrong type of people and the shift. Like the people in the morning are rule. But the people work at night and weekend are enjoyable to talk and know. Their discounts deal are RIP off. They think if they adjust the settings on dryers and washers people would not it. Plus they a haul dealership. With two sources of income they could re invest in the laundry mat. From what I seen they don't support local community. Because in their right mind they should have their restroom to the public. Seem like whole area don't like people their restoom. Also, the property level in area. Sometime people need to walk to their laundry mat and stuff the bags to max to get the most cost effective deal they can. Speaking about their bags I been say they need reinforcement the straps on them. Seriously I am strong guy and I go after the volume not the weight. On, November 14, 2018 in the morning I told that strap is busted and say we can't give any more news bags. But, they say you can leave it. I say no I need the bag so hand it back. This post on November the 14th of 2018 at 12:14 P.M. CST.

I should have written this review back at the end of May 2019 when my husband and I first stumbled upon Omaha Discount Laundry. We didn’t know the name of it when we found it since the name wasn’t posted on the building. But now we affectionately call it “our place”. We were in town visiting a friend who was having some health challenges and needed to wash some items for her. Although we got to the laundry mat 30 minutes before closing, the kind staff (Ms. LT) made sure we were able to still dry our clothes. It was refreshing to have a stranger offer a smile and words of encouragement during a difficult time—and of all places in a laundry mat <3 Along with the kind staff, I liked the clean space, clean bathroom and prices to wash and dry clothes. I’m back in town again to help my friend who is still having some health challenges. I traveled with my mom this time. When I needed to wash some items for my friend, I didn’t think twice about where to go. Plus, when my husband called to check on me, he said to go to “our place”. This time we got to meet Exie, another thoughtful employee at Omaha Discount Laundry. I appreciate how the staff naturally goes the extra mile. For example, upon learning that we were from out of state, she offered recommendations for places to eat and sites to see while in town. Yesterday, when we came back to wash the last few loads of clothes, we got to meet a bubbly staff member named Maddie. She warmly greeted us upon arrival. We also got to meet the co-owner, Daniel. I admire how Daniel works alongside her team. I think she embodies this quote by Sheryl Sanberg: “Leadership is about making others better as a result of your presence and making sure that impact lasts in your absence.” You can tell that she genuinely cares about her employees, customers and community. They even offer discounts on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, which I think is helpful to many families in the community and travelers like me. I know the next time I’m in town to visit my friend I’ll be coming to Omaha Discount Laundry to do my laundry. Even if I don’t have laundry, I’ll be coming by to say “hi” to such kind people. So the next time you need to wash and/or dry clothes and want a clean place with kind people, try “our place” – Omaha Discount Laundry.

Wow best laundry mat I've ever been too. I was super impressed with how much care they have for my laundry. My clothes are my life. Actually they are my children and I would be so hurt if they got hurt. Please go to this place!!! They care! Thank you discount laundry for taking such good care of my laundry!!

I went today for the first time and my last time. I admit that I had a lot of laundry. I walked to the place, and was rudely told that the cart I had with me couldn't be in the store. Plus she told me that I had too much laundry at one time. Had to leave my things outside of the building. When I had a problem with one of the machines, she got upset when I asked if there was a way to get the money I lost back. She responded to me all while on her cell phone. Then she didn't even bother to put an out of order sign on the machine so no one else lost money in it. As I said previously I will not be back to this establishment.

There is this (I believe new) employee that was rudely remarking customers, trying to rush them before closing time and having an inexplicable attitude, I understand how hard this workforce is but no one deserves to be treated this way, especially customers that are just going about their daily routine.

I've only used drop off service and have always felt I got great service. They do their best to get every stain out of my son's white polos and hang everything just how I like it.

Wow. First of all, the attendant informed me I could use certain machines for only 1! Missed that so she gave me free dryers. Cool. !!! Until she left, because Every junkie in and out of here were never told to leave ever. Maybe they scared her too. Uncomfortable unsafe. Unsafe because not only was i terrorized by a Couple who were doing drugs inside, but wouldn't be able to get help because apparently this is the Ok thing to show new customers. I was scared, grabbed my clothes still wet n left. Customers beware. So do not come alone, you know, just stay away from here completely.

This is a great place to do your laundry. Clean and super nice people working there. Lori and Dawn are very helpful and they have free dryers on some Wednesdays and Fridays. We went several times during our trip to Omaha. Other places we tried before were not nearly as good.

The staff and cleanliness here are wonderful. It is worth the extra few miles I drive to get here, closer laundromats are disgusting in comparison. I come on Friday nights and have been helped by LT, she has always given great service and treats everyone with respect and friendliness. She always is willing to help whenever I have an issue. The machines also accomodate all load sizes and run very well. Very much recommend using this laundromat, and doing laundry with LT! Her service keeps me coming back every week!

This is absolutely the best place to do your Laundry. Always clean and comfortable. The staff are really helpful, nice, and respectful. It's cheap and easy washing and the special days are a very big help to all those trying to keep a little cash in their pocket. This is and will always be my number one option of laundromats in Omaha.

For the past months I've been coming to this place every Sunday. At first it was okay but I got really tired of how small the place is! It's ONLY 5 FOLDING TABLES! One of them blocks dryers, which is annoying when I'm trying to fold my clothes and people keep coming by to put stuff in/out dryers! Not even enough walking space in my opinion. The parking lot is small, doesn't help that Uhauls are taking up space. The bathroom smells!! Probably due to all the homeless/junkies being allowed to hang out there. The blonde attendant that's there on sundays seems to know every junkie that comes in there. Today, I drove further just to get a better experience.

I don’t know how this place has a rating of a 4. If I could I would not give any stars due to the condition of the place and the plain fact that majority of the washers are not functioning (let alone, do not have notes indicating lack of functionality). This place is a complete rip off. One of the other customers lost $10.00 and was not able to get a hold of the owner or laundry attendant. Do not go here unless you don’t mind paying extra money to be ripped off.
