The washers are very overpriced and they destroyed 4 loads of laundry. Left grease stains on me and my girlfriend's clothes. When we confronted the owner she sat there studdering about how she didn't know what to do. Long story short is we have to replace our clothes and she pretends this has never happened and she doesn't feel responsible for her equipment. I suggest taking your laundry anywhere else.

Very clean establishment. I only saw one washer out of order. The dryers are great. They look very new and do not cost an extra arm and a leg. Will definitely be back. The only downfall: no indication as to what the Wi-Fi password is when there's no attendant, which sort of makes it pointless to advertise "free Wi-Fi."

The customer service here is second to none! I needed to wash two comforters in a high capacity washer but also had three little ones in tow. Candy helped to make the whole process so smooth and easy. Will definitely be using the services at the Clothes Hamper again!

Drier at home broke down googled laundry it pulled up this location. Awesome customer service the owners were fabulous had not been to a laundry facilities in over three years. Place was clean & tidy will be back to bring items that can't fit in my own washer.

Haven’t been to a laundromat for decades but we had a large comforter we needed to clean. We chose the Clothes Hamper based on it’s reviews and location. We were NOT disappointed! It has nice updated machines, it’s very clean and it’s owner, Candy, could not have been more helpful and friendly. I would HIGHLY recommend this establishment!!!

There is a good selection of washers and dryers; the place has enough seating and the usual selection of reading material. The free WiFi is a bonus. The washing costs $1.75 per load + extra quarters for hot water and heavy duty cycles (as of 09/2019); the large driers cost $1.25 per load - no option to pay in 5 minutes increments.

HalaluYaHUaH the cleanest and most welcoming atmosphere I have ever seen at a laundromat! I am really impressed . Candy (the owner) is kind and offered her help with joy and sincerity . Overall the prices are cheap and they have comfortable seating , free WiFi and access to outlets if you need. Also there are vending machines and a clean bathroom ! The only decent laundromat in all of Omaha. I went to two other laundromats and found no large machines that weren't out of order or non-existent. This place had a big machine and cared enough to have soap and paper towels in their bathroom. If you need to wash a rug or large comforter, come here first.

New owners have literally TRIPLED their prices. We've been doing laundry here for years. I just made my first visit their since the new owners took over. The place was always spotless before. It was a mess when I walked in earlier this week. No more friendly greetings when you come in. Same slow washers, but they've hiked all of the prices up SIGNIFICANTLY. Not sure how long they plan on staying in business.

At first I wasn’t sure I walked into the right place after not being in there for about a year. This place is very clean while being nice and bright. The new owners have made this laundry a 5 star destination. What a difference new ownership can make! If that wasn’t enough they have really low pricing compared to the value and service they provide. I highly recommend this laundry.

I hadn't been there in awhile so I was so pleasantly surprised to see so many newer washing machines and dryers. I love the fact they have so many front loader washing machines in different sizes . The change machines worked perfectly and there was free WiFi. I love this place !

My dryer just quit and I had several loads that needed to be dried. Google laundromats near me and Clothes Hamper popped up (along with several others). After reading the reviews, I decided I would come here. What a GREAT place! Clean, bright and the assistant (sorry, I didn’t get her name) was such a delight. We had laundry that had piled up and thought it would be easier and quicker to go to a laundry mat and do everything at once. The doors were wide open with no air conditioning and it was 90+ degrees outside. Stifling hot. The washers did a good job but driers needed a second run because clothes were still wet. Overall, I certainly wouldn’t go back in the summer, maybe in the winter.
