I own 4 dogs and I've tried just about every carpet cleaner in town. Once I found Blue Monarch, my search for "THE BEST" was over. Blue Monarch is the only floor care professional I will use. They're also the only company I will trust to be in my home when I am not able to get my schedule to coincide with the cleaning. Bottom line, if you want the best and someone you can trust go with Blue Monarch!

Easily the best floor cleaner in the Lincoln, NE area. I had tried a couple of other floor cleaners in the area, but once I used Blue Monarch I will never trust anyone else. I showed the owner a couple spots, that I thought were there for good. Not sure what he used, but they disappeared. The owner is very nice and extremely professional.

Called Dirk at Blue Monarch to see if they could help me with a problem. I explained that we just had our laundry room tiled and the installer did a crappy grout job. I couldn't tell if the grout haze was just really bad or if the tiles had been scratched somehow. I had tried cleaning the tile but that didn't work. Dirk stopped over within a couple of hours and looked it over and said that he had something that would take care of it. He wouldn't be able to get to it until the next day but said that if I wanted to he could whip me up a bottle and I could take care of it. He said that would save me a hundred bucks. Wow! How many companies are willing to give up a sure pay day to help someone out. The product worked great. I will definitively be calling Dirk up when I need my carpets or tiles cleaned.

I would highly recommend Blue Monarch services and will definitely use them again! The service was outstanding. My old stained carpets look like new. I am a pet owner and didn't really have a lot of hope for the carpet. I was wrong! Stains...gone. Dog smell....gone. Great job!
