The only reason I’m reviewing this place as three stars is because my boyfriend and I was there last Sunday between the hours of 2am-5am there was an employee working, an older skinny tall lady (said she’d only been working for about three weeks), from the moment I pulled up she walked up to me stared at my boyfriend and I while we were getting out of the car having a conversation she interrupted us and said “are you okay?” I replied “yes, why? I’m just having a conversation with my boyfriend”, she then said “oh well your face didn’t seem like you were okay”.. I thought that was very strange but I laughed it off. I go inside and she comes over to where we are and gets really close to me and is telling me how to do my laundry and not to put my laundry beads in there, don’t just shove laundry in there (which I wasn’t at all I sort my laundry), etc.. the whole time she kept coming up to me trying to tell me what to do. The worker later was flirting with customers and one of them proceeds to smack her butt in the front of other customers. Some lady’s later came in to play slot machines and when they walk in she starts speaking Spanish to some Mexican woman (she’s white and wasn’t speaking Spanish) & the women even told her they didn’t like that and felt disrespected. As I’m leaving to go put my laundry out into my car after she’d been in my face and told me what to do all night I was irritated, she comes outside and tries to help me and I politely tell her to “please don’t touch my stuff”, I’m sorry but I like my personal space, she responds and says excuse me and I told her that I wasn’t a people person and I’m shy to strangers so she throws my items that she had in her hand in the trunk of my car, she also put her finger in my face and told me I wasn’t aloud back at that laundromat, I had a nasty attitude, etc.. my boyfriend comes around the corner not knowing what happened yet and she yells at him that “he needs to teach me how to behave.” I’m an adult, not a child lol. We just left after that. I’ve been going to this laundromat for six months now, never had any problems, all the other employees were not in my face the whole night bossing me around...they were very polite, this laundromat is super friendly and super clean. I’d rate this a FIVE Star ⭐️ but I wanted to bring this to the owners attention. Thank you.

I rated this facility as a 5 before because I had no problems. But a few months ago an employee working there (hispanic lady with short somewhat curly hair with headphones in her ear all the time; a bit older but not old, thin) is always talking on the phone in spanish. And I know when she talks on jer phone she is not physically using the phone but talking through her headphones speaker. She does do her job but the fact that she is always talking makes you not want to go interupt her in her phone conversation. Most of the time she is talking it is not work related and sometimes it is even drama or miscellaneous things and I Know because I speak spanish. I know that sonething minor like this can be fixed. There was something that occured a few months ago that did not make me want to come to this place anymore and it was because of her. Like usual she was doing her job, but she was standing near the big machines (the ones near the bathroom) as I was getting out my clothes from one of them and I over hear her talking to a lady customer sitting down talking about how "people who use the big machines are basically uneducated about how to use them because they(we) fill up the machines all the way but they clearly cannot read and understand the signs because it tells you how many pounds can go in. It does not mean that because it is a big machine that you can just stuff everything in there". This could have been in avoided in many different ways. One she could have kept it to her self or went up personally to the customer and talked privately with a lower voice but she did not and I know she knew i spoke spanish and she still continued and I felt so embarrased taking out my clothes from the machine because I felt like she was talking about me since I did gave alot of clothes in then but not to the point where it was stuffed in there. I told my husband I did not want to come back but we still do because this place is a great facility. The machines work well all the time and the dryers dry perfectly. Unlike some newly opened laundromats that start off working and dryingg perfectly but then a few months later you have to put in more money just to dry clothers or the facility is just dirty etc. I just think that lady doesnt like working there but thats just me, only because her atttiude looks so unwelcoming and annoyed. I would take and post a picture of who it is im talking about but I dont want any drama with her if she catches me. One thing that I suggest fixing is maybe the automatic entrance doors. You wouldnt think that it is not helpful but ive been there alone without my husband and I bring my son along while pregnant and i sometimes struggle with openning the door and find that touching the button to open it automatically is very helpful. But other than that great facility and would like to rate this as a 5 star again. Thanks!

I don't usually write reviews but I notice the review saying the laundry was dirty. I have been to this laundry at least 10 times and it is always clean with the exception of dryer sheets sometimes being on floor. The people that works there are constantly sweeping and the floor is never dirty for very long. Me and my mom both love this laundry and the girls that work there are very nice and always say hi to us when we come in

Love that even when I come in at midnight, the place is super clean and well lit. I never have to worry about my safety here. When I encounter staff, they are super friendly and always smiling. There is always an open machine and never a line! I really appreciate all the table space for folding laundry. Even when I forget my soap or pop, I know I can go to their reasonably priced and well stocked vending machines and whatever I need. Even when I don't have the time, I love I can drop off my laundry and they will do it as well as dry cleaning for next to nothing. To top off everything, they offer free Wi-Fi which is good enough for me to stream Netflix without interruptions.

This laundromat is the nicest one I've been to in the Omaha area. Lots of huge machines, brightly lit, clean, TVs on kids programming, a play area for little ones, wifi password posted for customer use, plenty of rolling baskets, and nice vending machines. I don't use a laundromat often, but when I do, I would happily go there again!

I've been going to anytime laundry since a month after there opening.ive recommended this laundry Mat to family and friends that also go to do there clothes at the laundrymat.its always clean.if it is dirty someone will have it cleaned before my clothes are even done. Great clean laundry. Big tv's on the walls. Only drawback is it cost 5.00 worth of quarters for a regular wash.then 1.00 for 10 minutes in the huge dryer where I dried my mattress cover which it ruined. All the plastic on the bottom side came off. Have to buy a new plastic cover for bed now.. Won't dry anything delicate again there..

Staff is rude, and does not speak English. So when a problem arises you don't have much luck. Staff also stole $20.00 that was dropped off for me from NTS as one of there machines had malfunctioned. When asked about it they don't understand what I'm saying. Owner even called me said he would handle it and then he did not even get in touch with me again. Not good business.

Came in today and the place was dirty, trash on the floor everywhere and the attendant stood talking, with the broom in in hand for at least a half hour and she was standing there when I walked doing the same thing, nothing. After an unfair first review a few months ago, I must say that I would definitely recommend this laundromat. It was well kemot, the prices were fair, all the machines and facilities worked beautifully, and I felt safe doing my laundry alone LATE at night, (this is usual for me). The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is strictly the lack of smaller, household sized machines. However, I'm most likely the only person that sorts my laundry in minutia and needs one at a 24 hour facility. So 4.75 stars.

Laundromat was spotless !!!! Every machine was working. The price is cheaper than back home. I love how many options they have to pay for machines. Quarters, dollar coins and even an app. The attendant was very friendly and works her butt off to keep the place looking neat and tidy. I will not go anywhere else to do my laundry.
