Worst customer service from any Montana business in 40 years. Do not use Bethany Ensley - Merry Bobbins. These people are rude and care zero about customer satisfaction. We do not need businesses like this in Missoula. Don't call them to check on your clothing - you will get a condescending snide response about being too stupid to follow instructions that they never gave you. They may just not do your work but won't bother to tell you. Do not support this business.

Twice I have used the south location's tailoring services and both times they have ruined my garments beyond repair. However, neither time did I end up having to pay for it. They handled it very well and even tried fixing the last one while I was there (to no avail). This review is not for the business, it is for the tailor's skill level. Sweet woman but seems very unhappy. Very obvious. She might be better off finding something she likes to do.

My wife worked there got really sick went to hospital and got a doctors note and the douche bag in charged told my wife to call him when sje was better and he ignored her calls then fired her....im not usually like this but dude deserves a pavement facial

This is the only place in town that has a seamstress on staff and she is awesome. She works super fast, she is very friendly and does a great job!

Good place to take cleaning. Impersonal, but efficient. Do unusual stuff, leather on sweater was done well!
