Although it is relatively clean half the machines are broken. Nothing has changed in three months except more machines down. Time to look someplace else.

This is the most disgusting Laundromat I have ever been to in my life! I don't think it has ever been cleaned, and should be reported to the health department. The washer doors are disgusting, and behind the washers looks like it has never been cleaned. In the tiny bathroom they have in the building there is caked up dirt inside the paper towel dispenser. I made sure I sprayed everything my son's clothing touched with Lysol before I used the machines, not to mention the table to fold on. The only reason I used this facility was because I do not know the area well enough to look for another Laundromat.

I found it irritating that the employee's kids and kids' friends were running around the laundry mat. They are loud and obnoxious, no concern for the people using the laundry mat. The manager should crack down on employees bringing their kids to work.

Washer was stuck on wash for over an hour...no way to contact owner...bagel company closed...very frustrating! How do I get my damn clothes?! The worst...nastiest...place I have ever done laundry in...most machines not working...if you do laundry on Sunday there is no way to contact someone to come fix a problem...I WILL NEVER COME BACK NOR WILL I EVER RECOMMEND THIS DUMP TO ANYONE!

This laundromat has gone straight down hill since the new owner (The Bagel Company) and it's still going down. Today some of the chairs were gone so there were about 4! The restroom hasn't been working since the new owner. The place is dirty, as are the chairs when they are there. The chairs will have lint and hair to sit on while waiting for the wash. The machines are dirty on top and the dryers look horrible inside and overused - like the metal has burned. If someone needs help, they have to go into the Bagel company and ask one of the workers; who usually don't know much about the laundry section. Some of us drive all the way to the one on Enterprise (20 minutes further) for the cleanliness, friendly staff.

When I first arrived the laundry mat had a few washers with standing water in them. That should've been my first clue! I usually don't go to laundry mats but my heating element went out of my dryer. I got quarter from the quarter macchine the first $10 I put in was fine I loaded my clothes into the laundry machines. I just had towels and one load of clothes after taking the clothes out of the dryer I notice all my clothes from washer 81 had a black stick substance all over them. Also the quarter machine ate one of my tens. Very disappointed

This is a nice business. The place is clean and staff is right there if you need them. They don't do dry cleaning any more; but they sale bagels.

This is one of the nicest locations I have ever used. Free wifi, has everything one could need to get your washing done. A few guys in there that looked a little rough but I found out that they were beyond sweet when I had dropped a few pair of my G strings from the washer to the dryer and they were sweet enough to pick them up and return them rather then keeping them. I would recommend this location to anyone. Nice Music, Clean, has a coffee machine, upright washers as well as regular sytle, plenty of dryers that actually dried my two loads in 30 mins. $.75, Wash was $1.75 a load.

Horrible. LAUNDROMAT: The dryers weren't working. I paid for 30 minutes only to find out that there was no heat and my clothes were frozen together. The lady working there said that the owner knows of the problems with the dryers but hasn't fixed them. DRY CLEANING: I had my blazer dry cleaned and it came back disgusting. It was covered in small white fuzzy lint and long red hair (I'm blond). On top of that, my blazer reeked of chemicals. I made the mistake of giving this place a second chance and it was still horrible. Don't make the same mistake as me.
