Worst customer service experienced in a long time. I usually don't mind having been in the service industry myself I know how hard it is. 1$ for 15 min dry and 2$ for top load wash. As long as you don't need to interact with anyone such as needing change or general questions and you luck out choosing the right washer you may do ok.

Excellent customer service from Nancy a big thanks you to her helping me resolve an issue while doing laundry. Machines are well taken care of went to a different facility locally and machines kept breaking down no refund of $$. Clean! !!!

I brought my white goose down comforter to these people to dry clean. When I got it back I kept it in the bag they put it in for two days waiting for my sheets I ordered on line. I finally got them today and put my newly cleaned comforter on my bed ... so I thought! It was not clean!! It had dog hair on it and did not smell like it had been cleaned and since it’s white I could definitely tell it was not! These people lied to me and stole my money!!! !! It was obvious they simply folded it and stuck it in the bag! I would not recommend this place!!

My dryer broke so I took a few loads here to wash. The gal working told me they do wash'n'fold for about $13 for the first ten pounds and something like $1.50 for every load after. I have had my laundry done before several times in other towns and that seemed reasonable. However, I went to pick up my three loads of wash and they hit me with a $52 bill! I even gave them my own detergent and dryer sheets! So they charge over $15 per load! I would have never ever paid someone to do my own three measly loads for that ridiculous price. Incredibly disappointed. Will not be going back for any services.

Service ranges from decent, to awful. I had my service dog with me and ran into hostility. Not from the older woman and man who I thought were the owners, but from a 50's woman. Maybe an employee. She finally let it go when I explained the regulation. Dog doesn't shed, as she suggested, and nobody mentioned an allergy. Yet she brought these up. Listen, dummy, it's a service dog. It's your responsibility to know the laws your business operates under, and especially not beat up on disabled people should you have a personal issue and find yourself ignorant.

We stopped here on a 20 day road trip to wash laundry about half way through. Since we have taken several long trips like this we have gotten the laundry stop day down to a science, packing our own soap etc. The challenge still remains in finding a good facility to stop at in an unknown town...... this place was a great find. Clean, working machines, and friendly people. Not too crowded, I was able to wash three loads at the same time and dry all of them quickly in the large capacity dryers. Prices were average. Parking lot was large enough for us to park our truck and camper. On our list for future stops for sure!

Excellent service, friendly staff. My fiance and I flew in late night for our wedding the following evening, my wife's dress, as well as, my shirt and jacket needed to be steamed and pressed after being jammed in our luggage during travel. Doreen was so sweet and super accommodating of our needs, even though they are not a 1 hour dry cleaner. Our clothes were ready to be picked up within an hour. She even donated a dress bag to us, so I did not have to see the dress when I picked it up. By far best dry cleaning experience I have ever had. Highly recommended.

I was working in the area for the whole summer of 18. After 10 straight weeks, of going to this establishment, I easily had the timing on the dryers figured out. I also have enough common sense, not to overload the machines. I had put some items in a dryer, and when the time was over, the items were JUST AS WET, as before I started. The dryer had ABSOLUTELY NO heat. I told manager TAMARA. I showed her the bad dryer, and simply asked for refund, and warn her, so other people don't waste their time on that broken dryer. She said NO and claimed I did not have them in there long enough. I couldn't believe how RUDE she was! TAMARA did NOT even go CHECK OUT the dryer when she told me this! I put my items in a different dryer and they were dry within the average time. When I was leaving, I asked her again for the refund. TAMARA said "I am so tired of dealing with ignorant people coming in here!"..... Keep in mind, 20 minutes had passed by, and she STILL had NOT examined the bad dryer. I told her that I could not believe how rude she was ASSUMING the dryer was ok and ASSUMING that I was "IGNORANT " like she said so many people that come in there are. She told me to "never come back". This manager TAMARA was so extremely rude! She needs to get a factory job where she doesn't have to interact with people!!!!

We did laundry at the West Idaho St location. Got the job done acceptably but nothing special about it. Machines were adequate but didn't appear "new" as indicated on the sign. No options like extra rinse. Expensive compared to laundromats in other areas we've visited.

I haven't actually used this cleaners. I called today to see if they steam wedding dresses because Whitefish is where I will be having my wedding this coming August and traveling from Texas my dress is bound to be wrinkly. The lady I spoke with was informative and I appreciate her honesty, but it is crazy to me that they need a whole week to steam a wedding dress. I am showing up three days before the wedding, which I thought was doable but apparently not. I will say, this is the only place of the four cleaners I called that actually steam wedding dresses at all so they do have that going for them. Just heads up if you are wanting a destination wedding in the area, it looks like you will have to purchase a steamer and do it yourself.

Not impressed in the least. Multiple times my clothes were not ready when they were supposed to be done. My most recent trip... Dropped my clothes off on Wednesday and they were supposed to be done on Monday. Called Monday to see if they were done they stated that it would not be done till Wednesday. When I told them I was leaving for vacation the next day and told them that they said it would be done already, they said they would start them now and I could pick them up in the morning. Well I go in the next morning, low and behold they weren't done. When I said that I called the day before and told them the story they told me they could get the done in 20mins. So I leave, go the the grocery store come back and stand by their counter for an hour and ten minutes!! They gave me no apology or anything else. Gave them multiple chances and will not be going back. Horrible!

Not a bad place to do laundry it's reasonable as far as cost go it's never been really busy anytime I've went and I haven't ran into any snobby attendants also each time I have went the dryer's have always worked which is a huge bonus, anyone that's done laundry in a laundry mat knows what I'm talking about

Sent out some laundry from our hotel which uses imperial. On our form we selected regular laundry. They took it upon themselves to dry clean our hiking pants and jeans then charged us over $35 dollars for this. Who asks to have their hiking pants dry cleaned anyway!? They didn't call beforehand to make sure this was okay, they just did it. They charged the hotel which in turn charged us. This leaves us in a tight spot as neither wants to accept responsibility for it and seems like they trying to delay the issue until our flight leaves. I suppose this scam is one they've tried several times on people staying at the hotel. It seems pretty practiced on both sides.

Ive been doing my laundry here for a while now and will not be returning. Long story short...2 of the staff members are very rude and makes it uncomfortable asking to break a bill or even doing your laundry around them!

So reading other reviews, noticed the rude blonde lady with glasses comment! Could not agree more!!!! Very rude!! I was putting clothes out of a big black garbage bag into a machine and she comes by and says, that's not all going to fit in that machine. REALLY??? Did I have a sticker that said stupid on my forehead so she felt the need to tell me something so obvious?! I'm soooo tired of rude people who have to work with people. Please go sit in a den somewhere where you dont have to deal with anyone if you cant handle it. Sorry, I'm just tired of it.

We are out of town and visiting the area for a horse show, as we do annually. I stopped by to have some of our shirts laundered and starched and was greeted by one of the rudest people I have ever met. In the past we have always been treated with great customer service but today was the complete opposite. I certainly will not ever use Imperial Dry Cleaners in Kalispell, MT again!!
