This is five star service! Laundromat - can sometimes be considered a dirty word (no pun intended). When I walked into this place I was knocked over. Clean, I mean CLEAN! Customer service was great, showed me how to use the 'card' as I had brought all my quarters. If you have to do laundry in Missoula, GO TO THE GREEN HANGAR!

I've changed my rating up to 5 Stars. Ive started coming back here. Its safer and easier to get to off the freeway. Was going to the one on Albertsons, but didn't feel comfortable going alone with the men trying to talk to me.

So, the place requires that you buy a card and the machines to do this do not accept change. LOL, don't come to this 'wash house' with a bunch of quarters! Big and small machine choices, easy parking, free wifi, pleanty of room to set and wait, helpful staff. Nothing not to like but bring paper money...

It's pretty good and the free detergent is a nice bonus. They have nice washers and dryers of various capacities. My main dislike is that they use cards you have to load up with a dollar amount ($5.00 or $10.00 for example). I'd rather use cash and not have a balance on a card that I might not use for a while or again.

Went in today. Put my card in the machine didn't start. No message that anything happened. So put my card in again. Then see that it debted the money off my card. Not once but twice. Spoke to the counter girl and she says that she will re-emburs me through drying costs and to come and see her when time to dry. I tell her that there is no way that I will need use $4.25 to dry my clothes and asked her if there was any other way she can give me the $4.25 back. She said no. Her attitude was less then respectful. I used two machines for a total of $9.50 cost - besides the $4.25 expended at first when I put my card in and it deducted but machine never started. So after my clothes were washed rather then dealing with the snooty disrespectful girl I paid for the clothes drying from my card. Getting part of my money back from her just wasn't worth having to deal with her. The 70 minutes after speaking with the girl and I was in the establishment not once did you bring it up with me. Customer service stinks rotten eggs. Advise to management. Hire maturer staff. I will never come back to your laundry because you didn't with this girl.

As a first time customer, I was totally impressed not only with the cleanliness but the first rate customer service that Talisha & Hannah provided not only to me but to everyone there. The mega load machines are incredibly priced plus free laundry soap! Who doesn't love that? I will definitely be using the East Broadway location again! (PS...those two gals definitely deserve a raise!)

Poor customer service. If I could give no stars, I would. Whoever the young blond girl was working Saturday morning (7/8), she needs to check her attitude at the door. She could barely function , looked half asleep, and had no desire to help me when I asked for assistance. Just moved to the Rattlesnake so searching for a place to do laundry but based on my initial experience here I will not be returning or giving business to this establishment. As a business owner myself who has an M.B.A., whoever the owners are of this business, your employees need a crash course on customer service skills. Worthless experience at this business, not to mention the prices - $10 to wash and dry one small load of clothes? Wow, felt like a rip off to me. Will find another place to do my laundry or better yet, just purchase my own appliances in my new home. Would not and will not recommend this business to anyone.

I actually like this place compared to the other places. I can reload my card and get extra dollars which is amazing and, I don't have to deal with oh the washing machine doesn't work at all I want my money back the owner is not around ! .. At green hanger all I do is scan my card and it's ready to go and the workers are there so if anything happens they can help you .

The two Green Hangers use different card systems that are not interchangeable, and don't mention that anywhere at either location. The result being you have to spend double the money to be able to do laundry at either location. Why have a card system if it doesn't work across branches? Might as well use quarters and go to Sparkle Laundry. Update: There is a delay between adding value and the value being shown on the card they don't notify you about, so I was double charged. When I asked for my $10 back I was told there are no refunds because the staff worker claims owners foolishly chose magnetic card system that can be easily duplicated and won't replace it. If you want to open up a laundromat in town it'd be easy

Spent a little over 4 dollars on a car wash. Was charged $10 even on my bank account statement. I don't understand where the fee came from. And no matter how much I spend and the manual wash I always get charged 10 bucks, but I can assure you I will not be returning..

Today was my first time at your place,and I could not have been more impressed.It was immaculate,plenty of machines,the attendant was more than helpful to this "rookie".Love using a card rather than carrying quarters.Overall,it made a "hated" chore very bearable.I've found my laundry spot!! Very rude personnel working in this store now, 2 young girls do everything they can to make you want to leave and use any other laundry service. We will not be going back there due to hearing the girls say rude ridiculing things about us and laughing while standing directly in front of us.

Lots of fully functional machines, unlike some other places, but more expensive. Having to swipe a credit card 20+ times instead of adding quarters or some other payment mechanism is annoying, especially when you're almost done with the last dryer and you reach a "swipe limit". Very helpful attendants.

the vacuums at this place are terrible, they barely suck, and vacuums are supposed to suck in a good way, not suck in a bad way. Not to mention it costs a quarter more for these asthmatic vacuums than elsewhere. Don't waste a good dollar and a quarter, go somewhere else where the vacuums actually suck up all the dirt and damn dog hairs.

Awesome facility! Clean, lots of machines & they even offer free detergent! I was disappointed that they didn't offer assistance with options for paying. (I wasn't told I could get a Green Hanger card, so I wouldn't have to keep using my debit card, as the machines don't accept coin ) I was still very impressed!

I tried green hanger because i had a free wash coupon. It was not free, i had to pay an additional $1.10 and could not use card from other green hanger. It is clean, has wireless access, coffee, parking, etc

The dry cleaners are very ineffective, took suit to textile industry and they did it better and for less money. The car wash is ok but they use hard water so you must dry your car after washing or it'll develop water spots. This isn't necessary at most car washes

Went through the car wash at Green Hanger today because my car needed washed and it's a very convenient location. I spent $11 on the ultimate wash and my car still needs washed. it did nothing. don't waste your money here!
