We have used these folks for many years. Their technicians are extremely professional and always take great care of our furniture. Their use of protective gear such as drop cloths, furniture raisers, and booties is over the top and much appreciated. The equipment and their trucks are kept in spotless condition and it shows the pride they take in their work. They are fabulous with steam cleaning, area rug cleaning, and baby stains. We will never use anyone else.

We have been using BMS Carpet since moving to Bozeman 17 years ago. We have used them for our home and business and would never trust anyone else with our tile or carpet. With four kids and many dogs trickling through our home, BMS has been a lifesaver. They have always been readily available for "stain emergencies" (of which we have had many) and answer my frantic calls with the utmost respect and kindness. Their staff is incredibly professional and trustworthy; I do not hesitate to leave them alone in my home if I am not able to be there. Their prices are very reasonable and fair, as well. Barb and Mike (the owners) make you feel as if you are family and take you under their capable wings. I would highly recommend them for any carpet, rug or tile cleaning needs.

We have had other carpet cleaners in the past and it seemed they were mostly adequate to poor, that is the reason we used a number of different cleaners. Then we ran into the great folks at BMS through work and our carpet cleaner shopping was over! As others have mentioned, BMS is a top notch business that we've come to trust completely with our home carpeting. They have proven themselves to be honest, dependable, reliable and very reasonable. Our carpeting is a light cream in color and any flaws are visible immediately (what were we thinking?? LOL)!! After BMS cleans it it looks brand new. We feel very fortunate to have discovered BMS and recommend them unreservedly and highly! It's great to find folks that run their business the old fashioned way, with integrity and competence.

We found BMS through a family member who told us they were the best carpet and rug cleaners in the valley. We've used BMS for multiple, old oriental rugs, runners and cleaning our carpets in our house and they are always professional, affordable and do a fantastic job. During our most recent cleaning, I had two separate employees ask me if the rug they had just cleaned was very old, to which I said, yes it is. I have been working with BMS carpets for 16 years and we would highly recommend! My husband and I have four dogs and two cats...need I say more? Dirt, mud and stains are common in our house, after a dig in our garden or a hike in the mountains, our dogs strut into the house leaving muddy paws everywhere. On top of that, we have experienced diarrhea, cat puke and the training of puppies. Lets just say our rugs and carpets get a work out! So of course BMS carpets is a part of our team to tackle all of our pet messes! BMS has done a spectacular job for us cleaning everything from wall to wall berber wool carpets, area rugs, oriental rugs and couches and we have been thrilled with their work every single time. I call them up, they fit us in to their schedule immediately and they have a quick turn around with even pick up and delivery services which is key with our busy lives. We highly recommend BMS, they are a well established, quality conscience company that always provides the best service. I don't say this lightly, I have owned a service industry business for 24 years and they are all about service that wont disapoint.

When I politely asked that the man who came to pick up the carpet dryers remove his shoes at the door, he dismissed this in a way I found extremely rude and unprofessional. He informed me that he was the owner of the company, and that I could make any complaints to him. He said we weren't in Japan, and he'd keep his shoes on, mentioning that he had a foot condition (which was fine; I would have understood if he'd just told me this from the start). Later, he apologized for being "gruff," and said that he found my request (for him to remove his shoes) rude. We won't be hiring BMS to clean any of our properties in the future.

BMS Carpet Cleaners has been cleaning the carpets at my rentals for the last 8 years. Initially I tried one carpet cleaning company after another and never found one that was professional and did a thorough job. When I discovered BMS I knew they were the best in the Gallatin Valley. The carpet cleaning staff are well trained before being sent on a job on their own, and they all know the best way to address specific stains and smells. The last carpet cleaning job they did amazed me. I couldn't believe how clean and good the carpets looked after they shampooed them. The terrible smell in the property was gone, and almost all the stains were completely gone. Barb is great and always does what she can to get a job scheduled when needed. Barb and Mike and their team of carpet cleaners are the best in the valley. I have used their services for 20 years and most recently for our move out since we sold our house last week. They have always been on time, pick up and deliver, and sometimes if you are in a hurry they will provide high traffic carpet cleaning (so bids will cover high traffic spots on your carpet and no need to move furniture).
