Several weeks ago we had 4" of raw sewage back up into our finished basement. Not having anything like this happen in over 20 years, we were not sure what to do. With a call to Servpro of South Chesterfield/Wildwood, I now know what it's like to work with a great company. From the first call on Monday morning, to the crew finally leaving at 10:00 pm on a Friday night, our experience could not have been any better. The professionalism each and every person displayed was exemplary. The four workers that actually did all the heavy lifting were phenomenal, they took such care and concern that you felt they were working in their own home. Even with all the destruction caused by the water, my basement was left in the condition that we could begin restoration immediately. I truly hope that I never have to call Servpro again, because I would prefer to never experience that type of flooding again, but if I do, I would not hesitate to call them in a heartbeat and neither should you. Five star is the highest rating this site allows, but if I could award 100 stars I would not hesitate. Give Servpro of South Chesterfield/Wildwood a call if you're ever in need, you wont be disappointed.

Recently moved into a new house and had Mike and the crew come over for air duct cleaning. I do not think the previous home owner had ever cleaned the air ducts. Mike's crew came in and made sure to make them look brand new again. If your looking for honest, hard working, and a caring company choose ServPro South Chesterfield/ Wildwood. I've used Servpro of South Chesterfield/Wildwood, Mike and Andrew Williams for close to twenty years. As a Professional Property Manager, Servpro has been our first choice for residential, commercial and retail properties for everything from fire and flood remediation, mold remediation and inspections to clean job site protection. They perform inspections, participate in Hot Works programs and provide emergency response plans for properties that satisfy the most stringent commercial insurance requirements. Servpro of South Chesterfield/Wildwood has always done a professional and complete job no matter the size or scope of the project and their response time is always immediate. The Williams brothers have handled several fires in retail shopping centers, in a high rise Luxury apartment building, in warehouse properties and in office buildings. They have handled water remediation for countless sewer back ups, broken water lines and other floods. In 2008 Servpro of Chesterfield/Wildwood handled the pack out, water and mold remediation and building restoration for 24 retail tenants in our Florissant, MO shopping center that was flooded by Cold Water Creek. The entire 186,000 square foot retail shopping center was flooded from 6 to 24 inches displacing 24 retail businesses. Mike and Andrew WIlliams brought in other Servpro franchises to supplement their crew for this massive project. The Williams brothers are mold remediation experts and they passed every inspection from City authorities to insurance companies. They handled all of the paperwork and FEMA documentation and supervised every crew on the jobsite. We also use them for preventative maintenance and job site/project protection. A typical example is covering or enclosing areas to prevent debris from contaminating retail or living areas while under re-construction or major repairs. These projects range from hanging visqueen from the ceiling during roof tear offs to placing battens for welding projects limiting disruption of business in retail settings. As a Property Manager for over 30 years I have dealt with numerous remediation contractors, and for the past 19 years Servpro of South Chesterfield/Wlidwood has been my only choice. One call and I had the satisfaction of knowing that a professional response would be made on site immediately. I have always valued customer service and response as true indicators of good business and Servpro of South Chesterfield/Wildwood has always exceeded expectations.

Have used the Wildwood branch for water and storm damage at both my home and business - in both cases, they arrived quickly and were very thorough, which helped to save a lot of the structure that otherwise would have been damaged. Was pleasantly surprised that they communicated and worked directly with my insurer (American Family), which completely freed up my time to tackle all of the things that need attention when so much of your property gets ruined in a flood event. I never saw a bill at all - ServPro set everything up so that they were paid directly by AmFam. Also had occasion to use them for carpet cleaning at my business and was equally impressed. They were fast, and the carpet was impeccably cleaned. Highly recommend.
