These folks are on top of their game...EVERYDAY! I had a sewage backup in my basement and they arrived onsite within 30 minutes! This situation was one of the most stressful things I've ever went through and they nothing but kind. If you are looking for a sign to use this company, DO IT! They are wonderful people and I will call them in the future for any damage that may occur. Thanks again for all the help, it meant a lot!

We had two of our area rugs cleaned by Servpro of Farmngton. Michael assured us that he would take excellent care of our property. He even called us to give us the exact price to clean them since they were slightly larger than we described. They came back very clean and looked like new. I highly recommend them.

This is my 2nd review of Servpro in Farmington. We are now finished with reconstruction so I wanted to review the company again. From the first day we called them to the last day of our bathroom being finished last week, the entire team at Servpro worked hard to help us get our home back together. It was very convenient having one company to not only clean our home from a backup, but also have the resources to help us put our home back together. They were more than fair with the costs involved and helped us keep our out-of-pocket costs down. Servpro was recommended by our insurance adjuster and Im glad we took his advice.

I was told by the company to remove my initial review due to making libelous comments. MINUTES after i left this review, Kyle Short called me and proceeded to pick apart each part of the review stating my experience with the company was not factual and was detrimental to his business. He refused to take any ownership in the poor service I received in regards to the invoice and unwarranted charges.Once the conversation between us became a petty argument about details and that in his opinion, even though they charged me for certain things that weren't accurate, the insurance company was still going to pay for it so I shouldn't have a problem with it, I explained to him that our conversation certainly wasn't helping improve my opinion of the company, and hung up.

When my house burned, I was overwhelmed and not sure where to even start. ServPro came in and was very understanding. They led me through the whole process and was very helpful every step of the way. My house was cleaned out and re-built by them. Every member of their team was highly respectful and considerate of my feelings. At the end of the process, there were little finishing touches that needed to be done. I called them and they came back out to do those items. They didn't close it out until I was satisfied and we both agreed that everything was completed. They are all very hard workers and have a high desire for the customer to be happy and satisfied.
