They ruined a new dress. Bleached the color completely out. The manager would not even speak with me about it..Sent word through his employee that it wasn't his fault. This was a simple Lily Pulitzer dress that had been worn once and cleaned one other time with NO PROBLEMS. So the new $100 dress PLUS what I paid to have it cleaned (RUINED)..they refused to do ANYTHING about. HORRIBLE LAUNDRY. .DO NOT USE THEM
