Terrible Customer Service! The old lady refused me service! I was trying to change all of my business (weekly trips) to their location and when I hustled over from work (I get off at 5:30pm and they close at 6:00) she refused my business. I arrived at 5:47pm with a small bundle of clothes and she freaked out. POOR EXCUSES and TERRIBLE SERVICES! I will never use again and will ask all of my friends that currently use your location to switch. There is always someone else that will matches your price and beat your service.

NEVER AGAIN!!! I've been to a lot of dry cleaners all over the country, as I travel for business. I've never had any bad experiences EXCEPT for here! Felt compelled to warn others that this place has horrible customer service and will rip you off. You will not receive the services you ask for but will be charged for them anyway. Do yourself a favor and find another dry cleaner!
