My mom took a white outfit there and when she got it back it was no longer white, it had all kinda spots in it, I wish she would have told be for she went, I would have titl her not too. Please DO NOT GO THERE, THEY WILL MESS YOUR CLOTHES UPPPPPPPPP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Misplaces clothes often. Misplaced my wife's wedding dress, but was able to find it quickly. Clothing sometimes comes back having not been cleaned. Not a good value for the price in my opinion.

Avoid this place at all costs. Took my once white lab coat to be cleaned and pressed for an upcoming event. On picking it up, I discovered a newly light colored brown lab coat. My first question was how could this be overseen. After their 3 failed "attempts" of getting my lab coat back to the original condition (white) it was in when first dropping it off, I gave up. Completely apathetic and unprofessional staff.

To people looking at Shep's reviews, don't worry about the reviews. As far as I'm concerned, usually only people with mishaps and bad experiences review, and the majority of satisfied customers forget to write a review. My clothes weren't stained, or ruined, or lost. The staff wasn't rude. I got what I paid for. Go to Shep's, and get your clothes cleaned.

DO NOT GO HERE. I took two dresses I had just purchased to be routinely dry cleaned and washed because the fabric called for it. They shrank both dresses at least 4-5 inches and now they are both completely unwearable. They were both a very common fabric that dry cleaners would've handled many times before. Completely unprofessional and a waste of time.

I have a comforter that is faux fur and euro pillows which are bear fur. I got a new puppy and he peed on them and I was so upset. I took both to Shep's to see if they could just get rid of the awful smell. They removed the smell, the stain, and any trace of the pee without matting the fur up. I only paid 27 dollars and am so happy they have saved my comforter. I do not know who the two ladies were but they were very helpful.
