Put in $9.50 for the big washing machine and it would not start. Was told that they couldn’t control the machine or give a refund even though they watched us insert the quarters and there are cameras. The workers all stood around gossiping really loud.

Best coin operated laundry in oxford. Had few visits and it was really helpful. Nice staff with well maintained machines and restrooms. They do dry cleaning and folding for you if you don’t have time. Recommended.

More washers and dryers than I have ever seen in a laundromat. It's very clean and in a safe area. Use coins or card.

The place is big and clean with lots of seating and folding tables. It also has pretty bad customer service. Machines will eat your money and the staff won’t or can’t issue refunds when the machines steal your money. The air conditioning doesn’t work and many things (coin changer, detergent vending machines, washers/dryers) are out of order. The prices seem kind of expensive ($3.50 for the smallest machine they have) and one of those stole my money.

This place was a life saver when our washing machine and dryer broke! Super clean, friendly staff, and tons of machines available with lots of seating while you wait.

Only downside is I wish it was somewhat cheaper. Has the biggest washers and dryers I have ever seen. The dryers come in 3 different sizes. The washers have 4 different sizes. The largest of which can hold anything that can be laundered.

Absolutely rudest humans ever. I showed up at 7:57pm to grab my two bath rugs. They close at 8pm. The woman working had already locked the doors but was still in the facility. I knocked and her and the man that she was socializing with during her entire shift, looked at me and the man made a rude hand gesture and then they both walked out of the back door.

Workers were very loud and rude. One of them was wearing pajamas. I put $9 in machine one and it did not work. When I asked the workers about it, they said there was nothing they could do about it. All went outside for multiple smoke breaks leaving customers inside by themselves.

Very clean facility. Only downside is that they don't accept mobile pay so you need change but there is a change machine on site.
