I'm sorry and I usually do not give bad reviews,but ,well let me explain, lam from out of town, traveling across the country, needed to do a little bit of laundry,went into this establishment and asked if they would take some of my loose change and turn it into dollars so I could then change them there dollars into quarters, to my shock and dismay she said they did not except loose change, that they only dealt with paper change,I then told her it was only 4.25 that I had loose and that I would probably be spending aprox 20 dollars in loose change,that being in there quarters,I think its bad business to turn away good moneys for pure laziness, to busy on phone talking about her self,and not taking care of potential customers. I then went down street and they took my loose change and smiled and thanked me for my business, so refreshing to deal and give my hard earned money to a business that wants my business, so when I'm back in town I will not be visiting Nicks wash and dry,

Mrs. Kathy was very nice and curtious. She informed us of what machines weren't up to par and even took the time to let us finish our laundry! Very good place to wash clothes.

The attendant wasn't very nice or pleasant! Because of the rain some of our items were wet so we grabbed a wet floor sign and put it up. The attendant woman screamed about it and demanded we grab a mop from the bathroom and clean it up. That's horrible service and no reason to scream at someone. If there would of been a mop nearby we would have cleaned it up ourselves. This was our first visit here too.

Clean. A little pricey, yes, however it is the cost of convenience and not to mention getting all - all - of my wash done, at once and I am good with that. Brought my own change and got in and out, easy day.

Staff very nice; change machine takes $5 bills (plus $1s and $10s); snack vending reasonably priced. Older machines in many cases and a lot out of order, but they honor their hours of operation and accept washing machine customers until 10 pm for their 11 pm close. Bright and pleasant inside. I just called this place three times and the last two times they hung up on me. Every time my fiancee does our wash there, there is a lady who is always rude to her and worrying about our children when they r just playing n not hurting nothing, trying to tell my fiancee what to do with our kids. The lady is rude and disrespectful. Also somehow I'm missing clothes how idk cause I know I double checked the washers and dryers before I had left, my guess is someone got into my clothes while I wasn't looking. I know they arent in my car or in my house clothes just dont get up and walk away. Owell if that's the case karma will handle it.

The door says last wash at 10 I pulled in the parking lot at 9:30 the attendant came to my car and told me I wouldn't be able to wash cause she wanted to go home at closing time. Then when i pointed out the sign on the door she says i couldnt use the lefr side of the building she was very rude to me and my kids.

This place has clean up-to-date machines that all matched. It costed no more than $10.00 to wash and dry the laundry we had traveling with us while on the road. The only thing I didn't like about this place was that there were a bunch of flies and they kept landing on me while I was waiting for everything to be washed. It's not really their fault, but just kind of annoying and it made the experience less satisfying.

My regular laundromat was closed early for some reason unknown to me and I needed to only dry my clothes. Found Nicks through google it was the only place close to me open till 11p.m.(Only 1 of 2 places on the coast I saw open this late). I was pleasantly surprised to see the place was clean (for a laundromat) it was in a bad place and I had no scary experiences. It wasn't overly expensive (I paid 1.00 for 16 mins in a fairly large drier but didn't put much in it split between 2 driers in the hope that it would dry faster) Ended up spending $4. There was an attendant on duty, which is helpful. So Thank you Nick's Wash-Dri It was an overall positive experience.

I will not be back. 85 degrees in the laundromat but 75 degrees in the office. Suggested that they reverse their ceiling fans to blow downward instead of upward and they asked me to do it. I wouldn't touch their nasty ceiling fans with gloves on! I also agree with other posts that the attendants treat you as a child as well.

Bad washers, almost no working dryers. Staff seems to not want to be there. Attendant literally held a personal phone call the whole time we interacted and never said a work to me. Came back later and she didn't address me until after she made her final scrolls through Facebook. Don't bring your laundry here people.

Above average place. 6$ for a Six loader for 25min. 1.25$ for a 20oz soda. Change machine worked with my worn out 10$ bill. 1$ for 20min on bigger dryers; add 25¢ for additional 4mins. Been at least 2yrs since I been here and notice several new washers but dryers were still the same. Dogs at one end of the building was constantly barking. Covered outside benches for a peaceful wait minus the constant engine sound of people waiting in their cars... and yes those barking dogs!

i have been going to this laundromat for many years. one of the reasons i come often is because it’s the cleanest. today i experienced a very filthy laundromat!! dog fur everywhere all in the washer my clothes now have dog fur all over them!! i don’t even have pets!! worst experience ever

I haven't used a laundromat in years & was dreading the experience (especially after reading poor review after poor review of the laundromats in this area.) Nick's was closest, so I tried it first. (Didn't even take my laundry in with me.... Just in case). First impression: clean, air conditioned (could have been cooler, but I am super hot-natured), smelled good, quiet, no crazies lurking. Asked the lady at the desk about cost of various sizes of machines & how long s cycle takes.... She was very polite & helpful. Decided to lug my piles & piles of laundry in & give it a try. (Another patron (older lady) even offered to help me get all my stuff in... Very friendly) The washers did a great job.... There were a few machines out of order, but PLENTY still in working order. They have some older model machines (used one of these.... Did great) and some newer, heavy-duty machines (used 2 of those.... Also great.) The dryers were hot & did their job quickly (I used the newer, larger models) They have an ATM, change machine, snack machine, soda machine, and a few arcade-style games. They also have a couple of tvs & several ceiling fans, to keep things circulation. (I avoided having my laundromat adventure on a weekend, so this was my experience on a Monday afternoon) I would definitely return.

That trailer trash fake blonde Old woman that worked on 6/21/2015 was the rudest person! Telling me as I got out of my car at 9:00 p.m. that I had to be out by 10:30 because she closes at 11:00! Umm...hello! It's not like I wanted to hang around and chat with the woman! Loaded my washers.....atm broken....and coin dispenser too! So I loaded my car back up and told she was a rude old lady and that was no way to do business! She said, "go somewhere else then". So I did. I will take my money somewhere else as I suggest you do! Overpriced anyway!

Pricey for them to do your clothes and the charge extra for hangers! Regardless, they did a great job washing and hanging my clothes 1.50 per pound, but when you are in town working 12 hrs a day 7 days a week. Who cares! Clean cloths

The building itself is clean but the machines not so much. The newer washers all have algae or some sort of green creature growing in their crevices (pictured). They have newer machines for $5/load or slightly larger for $6 and decently large dryers for $1/16mins. I've been here a couple times and this will probably be my last. Every time I've been here both ATM and change machine have worked. Pinball machine usually rips me off at least $.50 when I try. Though may be the cleanest laundromat I've found in the area. If you can put up with the mystery green machines it's not bad.

As I walked in I was given a dirty look by a lady loading a washer. I sat my laundry on a table which consisted of only a new comforter in the plastic carrier it was purchased in. When I walked to the counter for change, surprisingly I found the same lady behind the counter that gave me the look when I entered! Since I've only used the small dryers here, I asked her if she thought I should use the larger dryer for my comforter. Immediately I could tell I was inconveniencing her as she sat her breakfast down, sighed & began talking to me as if I were a child. I explained to her I was only asking because the last time I was here, I used the small dryers & lost money because the first one didn't dry, the second one I attempted didn't get very hot & the last one then took $2.50. She said "well, that's commercial dryers". I told her I had used other laundromats & that wasn't my experience. Every painstaking response from this woman was rude. Finally I said, "ma'am, I'm simply asking questions because I don't know, please don't be rude to me." She stood up & told me I just needed to "shut up & go on back to Gulfport." I told her if she wanted to return the $1.25 I had just put in a washer, is be happy to. She refused so I asked for a manager & she said "I am the manager." I then asked who the owner was & she stood up, slammed $1.25 in the counter & said "here you take your money back & don't ever come back in here again." Then as I was putting my comforter back in its bag, she said "you need to hurry up before I call the police." Let me tell you, although livid, I maintained my composure & told her she shouldn't be working in public with people & I left. But I have never, in my 46 years on this earth, been treated so ugly. This unprofessional, rude person don't deserve the privilege of working in public. And whoever made her the manger obviously has not one ounce of business sense. The only way I sit here without anger now is knowing everything you put out, will certainly come back to you tenfold!

Amazing!!!! Fast friendly service. Clean establishment, snack machines, ATM, change machine, and old school monopoly pinball/PAC man. When I walked in I was instantly assisted to which sizes work best and she saved me money!!!!! Will be coming here from now on.

I wanted to make it known my wife and I where turned down tonight. We came threw the door at 1027pm with clothes that had already been washed and she turned the lights out and said that they are closed it's 1040 my wife asked what clock are you using bc my phone says 1027 and she then said it will take longer then 30 mins to dry your 2 loads of clothes I told her I would split them up and be done in 16 mins bc in the big dryers you get 16 mins for a $1 and she said no we are closed so my wife said we'll call the cops or the owner bc I'm going to dry my clothes and she called the police and they told her they had more things to deal with I guess bc she applogized and said I'm sorry you have more important things to deal with then she was like ok go ahead and dry them but by this point like seriously you turned our money down bc you wanted to close early? Bc we are a mixed couple? Bc I'm black? Let's get real.... what was the reasoning? Bc it's surly not Bc I would be in there past 11. I could of been on my way at 1045 calling the cops on a young couple who are trying to only dry clothes and went off the times on the door LAST dry at 1030 and it's a few mins until then she was like go ahead and dry them but all this like no I will take my laundry and quarters and go else where I will never spend another cent in that place! Right is right and wrong is wrong!

Sent my brother to have my brand new comforter dropped off to be washed, he came back and said that she said it needed to be dry cleaned. I wrote a note stating the instructions were on the comforter, I also wrote them down. Once again the lady was very rude and complained about having to dry it on low heat. I wish I knew how to get in touch with the owner because he or she has incompetent workers. Believe me, my choice of words are not strong enough to stress how this day shift lady talks to customers. I'll never go back and I am going to tell everyone I know the terrible experience my brother and I had. Total BULLSHIT !!!!!
