would rather wash my clothes on the rocks down by the river than this place. A lot of machines are out of order or don't work very well. Clothes came out of the washer smelly, presumably from the water or the old machines. Save yourself time and quarters and try your kitchen sink.

Clean location. Populated area. Friendly staff. Costs are 5.25, 4.50, 3.25 and 2.00 for washing machine and 25cent per 5 min in dryers. That was a year ago.......now... Staff is still friendly and costs seems to be the same. However....they dictate what you are allowed to wash and in which machines. Ok, so I can see no pet beds etc, but blankets no matter what size must go into the $4.50 machines at minimum. I had just a cover-up blanket...the kind you usually get for Christmas...it is no bigger than an extra large beach towel...and was told that I would have to use an $4.50 machine....such boogus! So I thought I would just freshen it up in the dryer but again...no.... I must wash before I can use the dryer.... again... boogus! Think I will find another laundry facility

Though I hate to use a laundromat this one is alright. Staff is very knowledgeable about which machines to use and very nice. I use this service once a week. They also offer fluff and fold. The place is always clean. Addendum - I've changed my review of this establishment after being told my sister and I were no longer welcome to do our laundry there. My sisters service animal was accused of defecating in the building. This is a service animal so this never happened and they were unable to provide tape proving the same. We had never seen the employee who made the accusation either. If you have a service animal stay away from this place.

Very nice laundry mat owner does provide coffee free of charge for customers, also there's a little reading nook with books and magazines that are provided! And they also provide several other laundry services at affordable prices !!!

Arrived at 8:25 pm after my washing machine broke and was told I couldn't do my laundry because even though they're open until 10 PM, they don't allow anyone to begin washing a load after 8:15 PM. I think that is very misleading - had that information been communicated I could arrived 10 minutes earlier!

Next to them is Great donut shop, so while waiting for you laundry dried and you can get cozy with a cup hot coffe and tasty fluffy donut. You deserve for havens

After washing machine didd not wash a load and owner refused to refund the cost, had to pay for another machine. Then dryer ran 12 mins. And cloth were cold and wet as we put them in, we took all our cloth to another laundromat down the street to finish our laundry. Do not go to this laundromat.

Here in Mississippi because of the hurricane in Florida. Been here 2 times and both times employees have been so nice. Place is clean and in a safe area. On my 2nd visit to this laundry mat the Owner gave me 2 free machine washes because im here from the hurricane. Told her it wasn't necessary to do that but she insisted. I highly recommend this place. Machines are all in great working condition and the dryers work great! If you have bigger loads Use the bigger dryers - they work great and it does come out cheaper than the smaller machines.

Twice in the last week they have closed early with me needing to do laundry. they aren’t supposed to close till nine at night. one night they closed at seven last week and today I tried to go and they’re closed at 3:15 in the afternoon and won’t open till the next day.this is ridiculous.

The lady runs a tight ship and I love it. When the rules are posted, they are meant to be followed and she makes sure of that. She'll also tell you the best machines to use and greet you like she's known you for years.

Rude rude rude. She kept telling me to put more clothes in when it was full and then told me how much detergent I should use then she took my clothes out bc I walked out to my car. The whole while she had an attitude.angie then got in my face as if she wanted to fight. I am on oxygen and very handicap .all I asked was her name very politely and she blew up and literally got in my face . All I said was thank you. I'm not stooping to such a trashy level

Very cool vibe. Staff is very friendly but it cost $4.50 to wash a load of laundry which is a bit ridiculous for me. They have dryer sheets and pods available for purchase. There's games and a crane to play.

At 8:30 I needed to wash a small blanket (did not need to dry it). Clerk rudely informed me that I was too late even though they don't close till 10. It would have taken me 20 minutes to wash but he would not allow me in. I will NEVER use them again. Horrible customer service!

Wash cycle on 4 load machine completed and cloth came out dry, washer had almost no water. Very rude person at the counter would not refund the money for another machine. Owner said too bad, but no refund. Had to pay for another machine to finish our wash. Never go to this laundromat !

Decent place but a lot of machines are out of order. After going there for 8 months and doing the exact same routine, today lady working there told us we couldn't fold our laundry as we took it out of dryer. She said we have to take it all out and shut dryer! Why? She was super rude!! Will never go back!!!!

Great little place but large washing machine door was closed and locked so when I put my 4.50 in quarters in it automatically started up. I asked attendant if I could have a refund she pointed out the instructions on front of machine. You need glasses to read it. Not sure why she didn't just do a good deed and return my money. Not sure why the doors were in lock position to begin with. They stay in place without locking them, I checked. Then someone threw their garbage in my cart. Just wasn't my day.

Pulled up at 830 to dry clothes and the lady comes out saying she is closing when the sign clearly says 10pm daily and the website says 930! Washed the clothes at home and just needed to dry them wouldn’t take but 20 minutes.

Changed from my previous 5 star rating because I loved doing laundry at this place. If been coming here for the last year and a half sense I've lived here. I'm in the military so I have very busy work schedule but I always made it on time to do my laundry. I showed up 4 minutes past there "last wash" time. 4 minutes late and they turned me down and told me to leave. I was The only person there. The pettiness of the staff to not take what may or may not be 4 minutes past close to let one person, who is a regular, do there laundry is ridiculous. Highly not recomended. I will find some other place to do my laundry.

Staff is friendly, but if you're like me and have no life and have to do multiple things at once and don't stay here they will close before you can get your clothes. My clothes are in there now, hope they don't throw them away. My work clothes for tomorrow are in there. If my washer hadn't broke down I wouldn't have to do this.

Unlike the other place in town, all the machines were working. It was a friendly attended there, and they have nice food type tables in which to sit and wait for your loads to be finished. Bonus points, there is a coffee and donut shop next door.

Very clean, a few of their top loading wash machines were out of order. Reasonable price to get my clothes clean, 2 dollars for a load of laundry when i used the top loading machine and 1 dollar to dry, so for 3 dollars my clothes were cleaned and fully dried, not wrinkled. Plenty of carts to unload your wet clothes into. Coffee was available, didn't see any cups so I assume you bring your own cup, nothing wrong with that. TV to watch, they do have a change machine as well as the attendant can get you change.
