Great price and good work for the price. I wouldn't take anything that is really expensive or 1 of kind here though. Get your clothes there early and they will have them ready by the end of the day.

It is true you get what you pay for and it should be $.99 a garment!! My clothes look as if they were NEVER CLEANED JUST PRESSED AND THAT WAS POORLY DONE! Save your money and go somewhere else.

This is an awful cleaners. They seemed to press the clothes with the stains in them without even making an attempt to clean them. One piece of garment had so many lines and wrinkles, I guess it missed the press all together. Lesson learned. Just hate such a place got money out of me.

I have had exactly the opposite experience as below. They are always friendly to me. Last week I took my mom's wedding dress in to see if they could clean off closet stains that could have been there for 26 years. They told me their guy could try it but they were pretty confident they could do it. The guy called immediately Monday morning and told me he would work on it. The next day, he called back and said it looked amazing and it was stain-free except for one on the train. About 30 minutes later, he texted me to tell me he got it off using the spot board and I could pick it up only one week after I dropped it off. The dress looked perfectly white AND they cost $100 less than Hallmark Cleaners, who said they probably couldn't get them off. I would recommend them to anyone.

Took 2 new white shirts in to be washed and starched, but they came back scorched looking and very dingy. Talked to the owner, that knew my family, and said he would redo them, but not today. I declined. Had to purchase new shirts. Never returning to that business!

AND FORGET TRYING TO REACH THE OWNER BECAUSE WHEN I LEFT A MESSAGE AT HIS HOME, HE HAS YET TO RESPOND. ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK!! BUT AMERICAN DISCOUNT CLEANERS IS NOT WORTHY OF YOUR HARD EARNED DOLLARS. BECAUSE WHEN SOMETHING GOES WRONG YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN.

I rate this cleaners as 0(no stars) I took a $400 suit there and advised them of the food stains that I was trying to get out. They took the suit and couldn’t get the stains out and instead of just calling me to pick the suit up they pressed the stains into the suit. I call and speak the the rude, unprofessional owner Kevin and he tells me that I’m just mad that the stains did not come out and that he’s been cleaning for 25 years which is a joke! If you have been cleaning for 25 years and you haven’t learned that you don’t press stains into a persons garment then you need to go back to school! No apology from the manager for ruining my husbands suit. He was just plain out unprofessional, disrespectful, uncaring, selfish and very very rude! We will never use this cleaners again and we will advise our family to never use it again as well! So if you don’t care about your garments use this cleaners because they will destroy them for you!

Customers Beware: American Discount Cleaners is the owner of Budget Cleaners off Raymond Road. They ruined my garment. When the owner was contacted, (Kevin Caldwell), he was rude and very unprofessional. I was told to take my garment back to the store that I purchased it from. He did not apologize nor take any actions for ruining my garment. I think Caldwell need a good old fashion lesson in the importance of customer satisfaction and trust. Lesson # 1.

This dry cleaners made me pre-pay. When I picked up my clothes, they looked as if they hadn't been touched........not cleaned, stains still there, not pressed, and covered in lint.........When I called to ask for a refund, the manager said he wasn't buying it.........that he didn't give refunds! He basically said I was lying and was so very rude. I took my garments to Hallmark down the street, and they were also surprised at what a terrible job ADC had done..........Hallmark was very nice. I will not be going back to American Discount Cleaners ever again! $10 bucks down the drain and not even an apology! WOW!

They damaged my garment completely, did not say sorry nor took any action to fix that. Instead the owner was arrogant, blamed the manufacturer for the damage and said , "it just happens, I cant do anything".

I had coupon in hand and ready to take my 25 garments for cleaning but thought I'd check the reviews first. Well, word of mouth holds more value to me than a 100 ft. advertisement. Trusting these reviews I put the coupon in the garbage and headed for my old stand by, whom I have been dealing with for years.
