If I could give them 0 stars I would and I would suggest you run the other way. We have a contract that they are suppose to follow and they break it every week. The only good thing is our current driver. Bad customer service. They do not give us the correct number of uniforms every week. It is aggravating to have to call every week. I have had 2 mechanics were they had to wear their shirt for multiple days. When I called they said well you didn’t hand in the correct amount and I was like well you have NEVER given us the correct amount. They keep charging us for things they can’t and for things they shouldn’t. Also if the uniforms are not at the Bloomington location and they have to “order them”, they get ordered from Wisconsin, so you will not get them in time. 7/2/19 I called 3 times and sent 2 e-mails to manager and no one got back to me. I have to call again on 7/3/19 and wow they answered the phone. Be careful when you have to talk to Chris as she will hang up on you.

We have been using UniFirst for a couple of years. Route reps have been good and respond to our needs. When we call the office, the ladies are always pleasant. We are happy with our decision to switch to UniFirst and appreciate their service.
Unifirst provides uniforms for my work place. The service is BAD to say it lightly. My biggest complaint is: Unifirst gets paid even if they don't deliver!!!! Not cool!!!! They have skipped weeks, not delivered clean uniforms and still took money for services they didn't provide. I've been asking my company to fire them for months now. We have designated lockers. ALL OF THE GARMENTS ARE MARKED/IDENTIFIABLE. Items are often put in the wrong locker, or wrong area. I have two lockers for this service, one on top of the other. They always put the new shirts in the bottom. That bottom locker was packed with pants. Instead of put the new shirts in my top locker, (the empty locker,) they JAMMED the new shirts into the packed, bottom locker. The service is 'questionable' at best. I don't know if my company knows someone there and is calling in a favor, or if someone is getting a 'kick back.' But we won't part from them. Not happy with the service! I would not recommend Unifirst to anyone.

I did not recieve tracking information fr ok m my original order. While out of town for work, my order was sent back to unifirst. I have since called and emailed several times requesting the ok rider be resent. I have not received and confirmation that my order has been resent and no of my correspondences have been returned as requested. I have now been waiting 3 weeks to receive my uniforms. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Very unsatisfactory business from top to bottom. Management seems to not care about the quality of service they are providing. Constantly having new technicians make our delivery due to what I am told is a very high turnover rate. On multiple occasions uniforms are not missing from the scheduled delivery. I am finally nearing the end of an extremely lengthly 60 month contract. I gave my notice to cancel and was never asked the reason for canceling. I just received the following email from the manger is all: "We have received your notice of termination. The contract was signed on July 8, 2014 and goes into effect once the account was installed. The contract was executed by Jacob Sperzum on August 6, 2014 and installed on September 17, 2014. So the contract will run through September 17, 2019. We service your account on Thursday’s so we will make our last delivery on September 12th and will return on September 19th to remove all Unifirst properties, excluding the logo mats. The logo mats will need to be bought out at $166.22 each, plus tax. We ask that your employees turn in all of their uniforms so we can conduct an audit of all returned uniforms. Each employee will be required to return all inventory issued to them. Any missing or damaged uniforms will be billed out at replacement rates listed on contract." As I said, it appears there is little thought or care given to their customers. Not a company I would recommend.

If there was negative stars I would select that. All we have is problems, missed pickups or deliveries, missing uniforms, and forget about sending something in for repair, consider it long gone. We sent in a jacket for repair going on 6 weeks ago. My staff has been having to wash there clothes at home because there is no reliability in what you will get from Unifirst. I would never choose to use this company.

I usually don't write reviews even if I am satisfied with a company. However, this company was so friendly and punctual I feel like I have to! I am so used to deliveries being late but they give me a time and stuck to it! Their Driver Elliot showed up and was friendly and helpful. This is exactly how it should be!

Very poor customer service. Shirt has came back 3 times with no pocket. Inquired about damage tags for uniforms just get the same old "ummmmm". They can't seem to fit another guy for a coat. Supposedly this is their 6th time giving him a different size but it always come back with the same problem.

At first every thing was going well. After about 3 months the driver changed and ever since there has been nothing but problems. Missed pick ups, lost uniforms, getting uniforms for people who do not work here. Shortages of rugs. Really turning into a big hassle all the way around. Starting to remind me why I switched to UniFirst got fed up with all of the same problems from previous uniform company

We've been with Unifirst for 2 years now. The first year went very well and then everything has just dropped off. We are constantly missing uniforms and it seems like it's a new driver every week. They do have extremely friendly customer service, but it doesn't excuse us needing to chase after our uniforms on a weekly basis. It's very frustrating to have multiple employees missing items - one week a person has no shirts, the next week it's no clean pants, and we've had jackets and liners on order for months that we still haven't recieved. Yes, they are very nice and the people in the office appear to making an effort to set things right, but we haven't had a full inventory of uniforms in over a year and the situation just keeps getting worse.
