For 7 TO 10 DAYS RAW SEWAGE was SHOOTING out of my SEWER PIPE...BEFORE I NOTICED IT ,,THERE WAS A BLOCKAGE IN THE PIPE THAT CAUSED PRESSURE THAT BLEW THE LID OFF THE SEWER PIPE.SO NEEDLESS TO SAY ,I HAD A BIG MESS, WALL TO WALL. THIS WAS MEMORIAL WEEKEND SO I HAD TO WAIT TILL TUESDAY TO CALL ANYONE.. THEN I GOT THINKING ABOUT IT, I HAD INSURANCE SO I CALLED SERVPRO... ON MONDAY NIGHT..I TALKED TO CHAD HE WAS VERY EAGER TO HELP ME..HE SAID HE WOULD BE AT MY HOUSE TUES MORNING AT 9:00 am ,, SURE ENOUGH HE WAS.. HE WENT OVER SOME THINGS WITH ME, CHECKED ON THE BASEMENT... I CALLED MY INSURANCE AGENT AND FOUND OUT I WAS NOT COVERED AT ALL.. TALK ABOUT BEING DEVASTATED.... CHAD SAID HE CALLED HIS MANAGER STEVE, AND HE WAS COMING TO TALK TO ME ABOUT SETTING UP PAYMENTS .. WELL BEING ON SOCIAL SECURITY DISABILITY SSI , I WAS A LITTLE NERVOUS ABOUT HOW MUCH PAYMENTS WOULD BE... SOON STEVE SHOWED UP...HE CAME IN, INTRODUCED HIMSELF AND PROCEEDED TO SAY THEY HAD COME UP WITH A NO CHARGE TO ME..I SAID WHAT ? HE REPEATED IT!! I STARTED CRYING...I COULDN'T BELIEVE IT....WHAT A WONDERFUL GIFT....I AM TRULY BLESSED THANK YOU SO MUCH SERVPRO YOU ARE TRULY AWESOME PEOPLE.. STEVE,,CHAD AND THE YOUNG LADY BIG HUGS TO YOU ALL....:-)

If you have possible mold problems, they will first refer you to a company that comes in to test and sample for a minimum of $600. Then ServPro will send their own person out to give estimate, which entails detailed reformation because they "go by the book". VERY expensive!

A few years back we had a backup from a city sewer drain in our basement. My first thought was to call Serv Pro and get them on it right away. They were at my home very quickly and made a plan on how to handle it. When I went outside to meet them, I noticed several Serv Pro vans up and down the street because many of my neighbors experienced the same problem. They took care of the problem effectively and efficiently and I would highly recommend them if you ever have a situation like I had.
