This place is AMAZING!! I hate doing laundry and I used to go to Main St in Woburn to do my laundry (myself) or all the way to Somerville to get the complete service. I was looking for a place near home where they could do everything wash, dry and fold. Found them on google and guess what 5 min from my house! I met with 3 girls, 1 on the day that I dropped off my laundry and 2 other girls when I went to pick it up, I don't remember their names but they were great! Very friendly and so polite with big smiles on their faces all of them. One of them helped me bringing the clothes to my car. They are awesome!! Price is GREAT too!!! Go check them out and never do laundry again hahaha

Highly recommend!!! The staff is always super helpful and professional. In 2 different occasions they went above and beyond to help my needs: * I got in a minute after closing time, and they still opened the doors for me with a smile to take care of me. * I once came before an event I had, and it was right before July 4th. Even though they had full of work to be done- they’ve kindly accepted my request to handle my laundry and it was ready a few hours later! i wish more business will learn how to treat their clients so like they do

Get rid of the man that works in the morning. He is losing you business. My husband dropped off dry cleaning this morning and it was a horrible ordeal. Walked away when he walked in, input the wrong amount of dry cleaning clothes and could not figure out how to cancel the order. I love this business it helps me out so much with the wash, fold and dry but he is so rude.

I was looking for a new dry cleaner near my work in Burlington, and they were the closest result. I decided to just bring one item there my first time, in case I wasn't impressed. I drove there, dreading the awkward exchange I normally encounter when I can't understand the non-English speakers and the long turnaround times that seems to be the norm now. However, I was greeted quickly by a kind woman who was very helpful and answered all my questions. When I told her I needed it back the following business day, she promised she would make sure it was there for me. She even picked up on the fact that I had said it was near my office, so asked what time I got out of work and would need it by, figuring out that I would not want to drive back there after I'd gone home for the day. When I told her it was my first time there, she dug up a complimentary coupon even! The place seemed very bright and clean, and well-managed. It was a pleasant experience, and I might actually get my dry cleaning done promptly instead of putting it off and dreading it. :) My first impression was very good, and I am not at all worried about the condition of my dress when I get it back. I highly recommend this cleaner!

The people who work here are polite and helpful to the customers, they greet you every time. The washers are top of the line and the dryers work well too. You don't have to worry about your clothes getting tampered with/ stolen like at other laundromats I have been to in the past. It is a little expensive but worth every penny.

Overpriced. Dryers only seem to dry on high, which will destroy the life of most clothes. Not as clean as in the pictures, but decently clean. The attendant is helpful.

This is the freshest and cleanest laundromat I’ve vever we experienced in my life. The second I walkwanna d the door I felt like I had just taken a shower. They catered with me snacks and drinks, and even let me stay an extra half hour after they closed. Never have I appreciated two people more in my life. Thank you for everything. What more can I say?

I just became a new mom a few months ago and I had fallen so far behind on all the laundry in the house and I didn't know how I'd manage it all. I decided the best way to get it all taken care of was bring it to the laundromat. I walked in and was instantly greeted by the sweetest woman, I think her name was Olga, she helped me from start to finish. I couldn't be more grateful for her help. I've never used a laundromat before and wasn't sure how it all worked but she showed me everything I needed to know. I've already recommended this laundromat to everyone who is in need now because of Olga. Thanks so much again, I'll definitely be back again!!!

I wanted to say that your same day wash and fold service saved so much time with my family. I do not use it every week because of our family's budget. But, I often use it once or twice a month to give me a break from laundry and more time with my kids. You have also saved me countless times from massive amounts of vacation laundry. Not only is your service a super help, you do a much better job than me at the laundry. I marvel at the precision of the folding.

I am so glad I popped by here... I'm in town visiting and I needed to wash my clothes as my trip was extended. Megan was the wonderful woman working today. She took care of my clothing (everything was cleaned and my expensive items were not damaged and she went out of her way to ensure they were done right). This was my first time using this laundromat and it definitely won't be the last! Brittany was so helpful the entire time and walked me through the process of putting money on the loyalty card to loading and operating the machines. She was able to answer any question I had and even taught me how to fold a fitted sheet well! :) Definitely recommend!

Every single Saturday for years (during the time I didn't have a washer/dryer) my fiance and I would use Winn St Laundry. I sincerely looked forward to seeing the friendly faces working there when I stopped in. I was never once disappointed with their service or their friendliness. Prices are almost TOO reasonable in my opinion for the service and quality you get at Winn St Laundry. They always make sure to have it ready when needed/wanted and if there ever was a busy day that it wouldn't be ready during the usual time frame- they would always let me know ahead of time and even ask BEFORE I paid for the drop off. Thanks for all of your help before we moved into a unit that had washer/dryer unit - I will be running right back to them whenever I need laundry service :)

This has been my best experience ever dealing with a laundry service. Friendly, responsive, accommodating, absolutely reasonably priced (they deserve more), and completely attuned to detail... I have been at this place on a Saturday and my experience was great! This time I went to do my laundry during the week, Tuesday, my experience was not so great. I was finishing up folding my clothes when the time to close came, I felt rushed by the employee. She kept saying that they were only open until 6:30 PM and that I needed to go.

Place was neat, clean, staff seemed friendly but the dryers are terrible! No heat! Its 25 cents for 4 minutes - very pricy compared to most other places that I have been too. Usually I divide up my laundry load into multiple dryers but here I recommend throwing everything into one dryer and putting all yours coins into that one dryer. I noticed other customers that were too frustrated with the amount of heat coming from the dryers. Would recommend another place unless your leaving it with the staff.

I was at Winn Street Laundry Center earlier this week. The place is clean, air-conditioned, always staffed, has a quarter machine, a laundry soap dispenser, and even a vending machine full of cold drinks. The washers and dryers take credit/debit cards too! There is a sitting area with a TV and multiple magazines, so waiting for your clothes to be done isn't bad. I wanted to praise Olga, the employee working that afternoon. She greeted me with a smile as I entered and asked if I needed any help. After the washing was done, I loaded my mother's bed linens into the dryer before running to the bank. Upon my return, Olga politely told me that she turned down the heat on the dryers for me, because she noticed that my belongings were getting too hot and did not want them to burn or discolor. We then went on to have a lovely conversation about caring for elderly parents, and I left with a smile. Olga did not have to stop what she was doing just to "save" my mother's sheets, blankets, and pillowcases while I was gone, but I'm sure glad she did! Good customer service is hard to find, and Olga is it! I hope she's working the next time I need to wash large items :)

The bathroom here sticks so much it makes me sad every time I have to use it, even just using it to wash your hands off is disgusting. I would have thought it would go away but it's really bad like they have a plumbing problem that needs to be fixed because otherwise why would it always smell like sewage

by far the best laundromat I have ever been to. The owner is such a nice and very helpfully person. prices are not high at all. It's air conditioned which is a huge plus for me. The entire laundromat is super clean. Highly recommend Winn street laundry center over any laundromat that's local. Also they provide a variety of services there including hemming ur pants. Plus they have a rewards card u can use on machines instead of ur quarters/money... Check this place out and see for urself u won't be disappointed..
