This place is fine as long as the washers and dryers are working. My clothing got trapped inside a washer this morning around 10am. I called the 1-800 number and emailed the business and six hours later, I have still not been contacted by the business. Fortunately, I was able to jimmy the locking device and move my clothing to a functional washer. But this customer service is unacceptable. I stained a shirt in the process and lost money to the washer that was broken. I will explore other nearby options.

I have had issues with each type of washer in this place. Top loading, front loading, and Electrolux. My clothes are barely washed in these machines. The machines themselves aren't cleaned and leave dirt residue and stains on your clothes. - The place is not clean. - You can't get in contact with customer service. - If you use Apple Pay, this machines charge you more than what is advertised (a $3.50 wash was $5 when I used Apple Pay) - You can not get a receipt after adding money to your "loyalty card." - I had a load of my clothing stolen from the washer! When I contacted customer service, the same day, I got no response. Since there's 24-7 surveillance cameras, I thought the company or owner might be able to help me, but they have been unavailable by phone and through their "contact us" section on their website. This place is not the way it should be. Beware you'll waste your time and money here. Sorely disappointed.

Clean, only accepts cards right at the machines, only 2 carts and 1 table for folding. It only cost me $4 for a wash and <$2 for a dry.

The most updated laundromat i could find in the area. Takes cards, not many places to sit but not a big deal if you live close. Warning in advance, don't get pizza across the street or chinese food, those places have questionable health standards.

Pros: The machines seem well kept and seemed to clean pretty well. Pro/Con: They only take credit cards Cons: There isn't much counter space to fold your clothes. They are more expensive than other places to wash and dry. Drying is a quarter for 4 mins. However, on the medium setting it almost completely dried a large load in about 25 mins. On the downside, the time continues to run out even if you pause to pull a few clothes. Machine 13 was supposed to be a cold wash yet the clothes were hot when I pulled them out. Machine 3 was supposed to be a warm wash and the clothes were cold when I pulled them out. I will continue to try others in the area... maybe by default I come back and give one more star.

My special washian machine diesnt work so I came to this laundry. When I come back after 40 min. for pick up my clothes It is big surprise . I am gonna go to another laundry now . Be carefull guys here is not clean .

Hours are advertised as 6 am - 11 pm, both on the laundromat door and on Google. However THEY DO NOT OPEN PROMPTLY at 6 am. I’ve even gone as late as 6:30 am, and the doors have still been locked. Unprofessional and frustrating for customers. Don’t waste your time.

Not very cash friendly. Machines take Apple/Google pay or Visa/MasterCard or prepaid, cash loaded cards. Machine for loading prepaid cards has not had paper to print receipts for over 3 months. If WiFi goes out, cannot continue laundry until owner brings back up payment system.

It is my first time here. Laundromat had leaves all over the floor when I walked in. No attendant anywhere. My husband successfully paid for the washing with his Apple Pay. I tried to pay for the drying with my debit card but it didn’t work. Had to buy a prepaid card for $1.00 and put minimum $10.00 on it when I didn’t plan on using all of it. Where is the refund policy sign? Can’t find it and no one to help me. My thoughts: Overall looks clean and new and I like the free WiFi, but I didn’t find the reloadable cards convenient even though they’re supposed to be.

Use to be a decent place to do laundry. However, when the credit card readers went down no one answered the 1-800 number until the 5th call, my opinion changed to negative. This company is unprofessional and does not care about it’s patrons. Still can’t do laundry. What a joke.
