We needed lots of big machines to do a tremendous amount of laundry and this place delivered. It was clean, machines took credit cards and there was a nice little Cafe next door. We were able to purchase hangers so the shirts could be hung up immediately which was great.

Went to wash my clothes on a Monday night, unfortunately I had a full weekend and wasn’t able to get them done during that time. Walked in with my child and one load of clothes at 8:42pm, to be turned away and told that the machines shut off at 8:40, even though the laundromat doesn’t close until 10pm. I’ve watched this same employee give other “regular” customers some slack even later than that and turn the machine back on for them. I’m very disappointed in the way I was treated that night. It’s honestly ridiculous to have the machines turned off more than hour before closing time. Won’t be going back there again. Otherwise I’ve mostly had good experiences there. But if your staff can’t show a little humanity for a single mother walking in a couple minutes after the machine “shut-off” time on one of their least busy nights, then I’d rather find someplace else where they don’t do favors only for “friends” and all customers are treated the same. Also the Spanish speaking staff will talk trash about you when they think you don’t know what they’re saying (they’ve done this to me, unprovoked, I understood everything they said).

Laundry: plenty of washing machines in various sizes (regular personal laundry up to 60lb load), ditto dryers. Machines accept card or quarters, and there's a change machine if you need coins. There are folding stations and little carts for bringing laundry from washer to dryer. Environment: it's clean and colorful here, with plenty of comfy chairs, free wifi, vending machines with snacks & drinks, and a couple small entertainment things around (magazines, coin-op massage chair, etc.). Staff is friendly and helpful, and even when it's crowded, the place is pretty quiet. Decorations are cute and change seasonally; someone clearly takes pride in this place. Only downside is that parking is limited, but even in busy hours I can usually find a spot. I haven't tried the wash & fold service, so can't review that.

I had problems with a few washers but got my money replaced by mail. During the summer someone came and took all my clothes out the washer, dryed them and bagged them up. I stopped the guy and told him these were my items and say his wife sent home in. After all of that I still didn't receive all my clothes back from them... Only a few.

They don't allow you to put coins in machines, you have to buy a "card". A clever marketing plan to keep you here. Attendant had ATTITUDE and was NOT helpful. Went at 830 pm on a Monday. Even though last wash was at 10, I felt as though I was being rushed out. Will not return.

This laundromat uses a card system. You can't use your extra quarters or trade them in to put on the card. The only things you can use are credit cards and cash. This laundromat is clean but it is very expensive. It has a few top loaders if you don't want to pay as much to wash, but they're all "temporarily out of service."

I had rate this before by mistake was here Sunday paid $6.50 for a huge washer clothes did not wash good...and sid not raise spin dry machine 20...clothes wet but no one in laundry water on floor from machine....lot of washing machine out of order and dryers also...this laundry mat was close by walking distance...never again

The number listed for this Laundry mat site always goes to voicemail! I have been waiting for a refund over a month now because one of the machines did not work, but it took my money off of the card. There are three things I do not like about this laundry matt; no one works inside, over half of the washing machines are broken, and their are only 4 carts for the cloths. This is the most ridiculous laundry matt I have ever been too. Why are they still in business? I started going to the Soap and Subs up the street on Military Highway. I have not had an issue with them yet.

It is 24/7. Penny dryer from 12am til 6am. Ten minutes for 1 cent. Its very clean, dryers are amazing. I dont use the washers just the dryers. No complaints here. I love it. $1.00 takes me far. These other reviews are no good. It may say closed on google but im here now at 1:30 am. Yeah. Its open. And the heat is pumpin. Love it.

Laundries go it is very clean and well-kept however the dryers and some elements aren't working and there is crowding on the weekends on occasion you'll find that your card will not work in order to add money to the laundry card as many places have gone to the car however Good Ole American Cash still works thank God ! ★

Went here to do a quick load of laundry... washing machines were all FILTHY covered inside with some red goup. Then put my clothes in the dryer for thirty minutes I come back and my clothes are still SOAKED. There is no one on duty to talk to if you have a problem and when I tried to call the number up on the wall for service it’s disconnected. What a joke a waste of time and a rip off at that. I won’t come here again.

I didn't see anybody working. But there was no need. The machine to load money onto a card from a credit or debit card was easy to figure out. The prices for each load of wash, depending on the size, is shown on the washing machines. Dryers are 29 cents for each 7 minutes. It was all very easy to use and the other patrons were friendly when I asked a question. Kids were running around but what else are they gonna do in a laundromat? Parents have to do laundry. Idk why people complained about that.

I used to really like their drop off service. We have been dropping laundry off for almost a year. The last two times I have dropped off laundry I have had items come back with stains. The stains appear to be either bleach or excess detergent. I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time and chalked it up to a fluke, mistakes happen. I also request hypoallergenic, so I’m hoping any bleach usage was hypoallergenic. However I recently picked up laundry and more items returned with stains. In total 9 items are ruined. I will not be coming back.

Its fine any day of the week, tho very expensive when you have large loads. They have half price wednesdays but it is PACKED and goodluck finding any open washers or dryers. Staff has improved since Ive first started coming here but this place makes me want my own washer/dryer so i dont have to deal with it and not have to hear screaming children once a week

My father was in Richmond for business reasons. He decided to try Supersuds while he was in town for the week. The day after he dropped off his laundry, he was called and told that someone ran in the laundromat and stole his clothes out of the dryer. Remember, my father is out of town and at this time inconvenienced by this. He was told that they would reimburse him for his clothes if he would provide receipts. Okay! So my dad spends the next week trying to find the same work clothes to make it fair. About $300 worth of clothes. Once he returned to Richmond a week and a half later, he went to the same location where he was told he couldn’t be refunded and if he was refunded he would have to wait because it was a process. My mom called to try to talk to Shamika, the manager, and she told my mom it was a process and that they were pressing charges against my father for threatening to burn down the business, which my father didn’t do. So instead for fixing the PROBLEM they created for their PAYING CUSTOMER, SUPERSUDS is CREATING ANOTHER. My father is only asking execute what he was told, refunding his inconvenience! If this is there customer service, then I will make sure to let as many people know how they are choosing to do business. I am in the customer service business myself, you have a choose on how to treat people/ clients. I understand there are processes in place, but knowingly pushing people around because they are not from the area is not ethical. Supersuds is just hoping that my dad tires out from this fight and goes away. This will NOT go away until my dad has a check in his hand. Thank you for reading/ listening! Wash and fold service is phenomenal. Next day turnaround (looks like same day is available if you get there early enough), friendly attendants, they take credit cards (yesssssss!!), asked if I was allergic to anything (I would have forgotten to tell them), and the folding... Expert. Marie Kondo would be proud. I cried tears of joy. I don't always get wash & fold but when I do, I'm going to supersuds.

Very clean. The machines work well and are in good condition. The gentleman who was working on site at 9pm was very plesant and helpful. He checked with everyone there to make sure that they didnt have any problems. Great experience for a 24 hr laundromat. Wednesday is half price for the washers.

So I grew up in Medford and have been going here forever. Then they changed owners and the new owner was very nice and caring and this place is amazing and would recommended to everybody. So for the one star resulted in a issue there with my girlfriend so we were running late and we had 5 mins for her to grab her clothes and fold them then this random man walks in after it was locked 5 mins early and his pregnant girl was saying something to him about my girl then he told her to leave and she said after I get my clothes and fold them quick but he was being very rude so he was on the phone and I'm wondering what's the issue so I tried to talk to him and say what's going on and he says I'm calling the cops then I was like what, what kind of human are you so he was showing nothing but disrespect and said he was the owner but what he doesn't know I I've met the owner and he wouldn't disrespect any woman so he says he doesn't care the cops are coming so I'm like what kind of man are you lol so the cops came smiling because this is a joke and it was for him to call them if they let me help but nope so I stayed calm outside then the nice guy who says he's the owner walks up to the cops whole she is folding her clothes that if she doesn't go I'll move her so the officer said you know what you just said in front of an officer you can't threaten anybody so the cops told the fake owner to walk away until she is done with her property so all this mess over 5 mins early will never come back here again it's sad it has come to this.

Stay away. There is no attendant on duty. The machine took my $20. I called the number on the sign for help. It’s an answering service but they were not helpful and did not know when an attendant could help or how to get help. Just said “I don’t know”. Reporting this business.

If I could give it a -0 I would. WARNING DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!! I go there tonight to wash a load of clothes, the machine says 2.60 but you have to use one of their cards so I put 3 in the machine to get this card it then tells me I have a 2 balance. The rude attendant name Mary tells me it’s a 1 fee for the card, I said it doesn’t tell you there’s a charge for the card it says 1 deposit that means you should have it added on balance. So I told her I want my money back. She goes in office for 10 minutes comes back out throws card on counter tells me she cant do anything. I call 877 number on wall they can’t do anything, then I tell Mary again I need my money back she goes outside calls someone tells me the owner is coming and instead while I’m sitting inside the police show up. I didn’t get my money back and was humiliated on top of it. I’m going to report that Spanish girl to DHS and I hope they send her packing. This machine is a scam they have , they don’t care and their attendant Mary is rude.!!!

The machines are great and most are usually in working order. The women who work here are ALWAYS incredibly rude though. I just witnessed one yelling at small children for using a water fountain. If those had been my children it would have been a serious problem. Another time, I had a woman run up to me and tell me I needed to pay her and she would run the machines for me. She gave me less change than I was due back. So, in essence, she stole from me. I really wish they would fire these women and hire some respectful individuals. In short, the place itself is great but the women working are not.

Usually very clean..the floors,washing machines and the bathrooms are usually clean which is y I chose to go to this place over other laundry mats..most of the lady's that work there are friendly an offer pleasant conversation..there are several tvs and a kid area with a flat screen TV with cartoons playing..u don't use quarters here,u purchase a $1 laundry card and keep it forever and just add money to your card..I advise bring cash cuz it randomly declines credit cards even when u no darn well u have money on the card and sometimes the lady's aren't available to give u change and the change machine is broken.

Paid the card deposit and put in money. When the machine went to upload the money onto the card it said the card was invalid and took my money anyway. No one on site to help out and the customer help phone number said they will only deal with "actual emergencies"
