We contacted ServPro for an estimate and they were available to assist us as soon as we reached out. We had to wait a few months before being able to schedule the work (other home issues took precedent), but when we were ready, ServPro was able to come out the following week. All the individuals we worked with were extremely helpful and professional. The ServPro team worked efficiently, finishing the work in a day, and they did a great job cleaning up, leaving everything as they found it. I would absolutely recommend ServPro in the future. They really made a tough situation as easy as possible for us!

We had a massive water leak that came down through the ceiling into the living room. We called SERVPRO to come dry up the water and prevent possible mold from forming. They came to our house within 45 minutes and set up. The staff is not only courteous, but was sensitive to the fact that we have two young children to work around. If there was 10 starts available I would give them 10! I called Servpro of Milton/Braintree to remove mold I had growing in my attic. Gerardo (the project manager) was nothing short but efficient, kind, outgoing and amazing! Not only is he professional and gets the job done, but he is beyond friendly, and even a little funny! His crew of guys came in and made my attic look BRAND NEW. Although I hope I don’t have another disaster, If I do they will be the first company I call! I highly recommend this place.

We being in hotel industry typically use companies like this more often and we just had the worst experience with this company, did not show up on time, didn't even know what they came to do after their sales person came previous week and took tons of pictures and wrote a big report. The crew had an attitude and they did a terrible job, we gave them to clean just one room, they did not wipe the walls all stains and food still on the wall, draperies were not wiped or removed stains, and they were done in 4 hours charged me $1361.94 for 4 hours to clean one room, never again!

I never write reviews, but feel compelled to do so based upon my experience with SERVPRO. I did not have any work performed by them, so I cannot attest to the quality of their work. I scheduled an appointment on Wednesday 9/11 to have a representative come to my home for a mold remediation estimate. The appointment was scheduled for 9/13 @10:30. I did not receive a confirmation call, but did not think anything of it. I waited around for a half-hour before calling to check and see if someone was still coming to my home. I called and spoke with Dave (I believe that was his name). He is one of the project managers for the Milton/Braintree branch. I explained to him the situation and asked if someone was still coming. He asked who I spoke with. Unfortunately, I have spoken to multiple companies and couldn't remember exactly who I had set the appointment with. He checked his schedule and said that there was nothing on his schedule. He then explained that the woman who typically does the scheduling is on vacation, and whomever I spoke with probably forgot to enter it in the system. He never apologized for the inconvenience his company had caused or tried to own up to the mistake. He asked if I wanted to schedule another appointment. I told him that I did not want to schedule an appointment because this was a poor representation of his company, and I did not want to move forward with them. The man's response was "whatever" and he hung up the phone. This company deals with mold remediation, which is a very sensitive issue. SERVPRO is a big company, so this review probably won't mean a thing to them because business will go on as usual. This is typical behavior of bigger companies. They show a complete lack of concern for customers because they know the next job is right around the corner. I would strongly recommend looking for another company if you want a company that genuinely cares about their customers.

When our basement flooded, they were here within an hour, sucked up the water, and set up the dryers and dehumidifier. By the next day, the basement was unbelievably dry. They were friendly and professional throughout the entire process.
