saw sign "under new management" so i thought i would give it another try. Been very busy lately and I decided to use the wash and fold service. I loved it. The owner Linda treated me like family, got my clothes washed in a matter of hours! Fantastic service.

I am very happy with the service here. I dropped off a large amount of laundry for wash and fold. Everything was ready in 24 hours. There are a variety of detergents to choose from...great for anyone with allergies. I love the location.

My business LOVES Newtonville Laundromat. They are responsive, on time, and completely trustworthy. Our business is not open without our linens, so knowing that they will be picked up, washed, folded and delivered in under 24 hours is amazing. I can't recommend them enough.

very pleasant to go there now. I do my own laundry but the new owners are very nice and the place is now well lit which is very nice in the winter when it gets darker earlier. Very clean also and the attendant Maryann is very friendly and helpful.

Omg! Termites everywhere, so much I was worried about taking them to my own home and messing it up. Plus the dryers were very expensive and the entire experience, leaving with wet clothes.

One of the cleanest laundromats I have ever had to use. The new owners are wonderful people who listen if you have an issue and do everything within reason to rectify that. It's a very popular spot with the neighborhood yet I've never had to wait for any of their machines. If you got dirty clothes, bring them here! While you're waiting take a walk around the area or sit and have a bite, get coffee, do your banking. The time flies by.

I live 2 blocks from the laundromat and I have been coming here for a while to do laundry. I have to say that I am SOOOO HAPPY this place got new owners. What a difference they have made in just 3 short months. The service is absolutely amazing. The place is super clean ALL the time. The machines work great. Linda, the lady who runs this place now, is the sweetest and most helpful person. Every time I walk in she remembers me, and offers her help. Last week I was in a rush to get to the airport to pick up my GF, and she stopped whatever she was doing and came to help folding my clothes. Needless to say I got to the airport on time. You are a life saver.

The only reason I went here is that it was convenient to where I used to live. It's more expensive than other laundromats in the area, and what do you get for the money? It's dirty, many of the machines are in a bad state of repair (usually with several out of order any time I've been there), there's not much seating, and there's no AC so it gets super hot in the summertime. Oh, and if you have a problem good luck trying to get a refund: I'm 1 for 3. I won't be going back.

HOT. No AC. Fans are all on one side (where attendant does her wash and fold service--I was going to put my stuff in the dryer on that side and she asked me to use the dryers on the other side which I realized had no fans). Many machines are out of order. Machines are expensive in my opinion. Machines that aren't out of order don't work well (quarters don't always fall in all the way and take half hour more than most other laundry mats). Was hoping for wi-fi (a luxury I know but not uncommon) but definitely no wi fi here. Will be looking for new laundry mat even if it means having to drive there. This place is not worth the convenience.
