This is a great laundromat. There are ample washers and dryers, has an on duty attendant and it clean.

The service here is great! The attendants are always helpful. They use a card system that rewards you with points every time you go that accumulate to free washes.

Expensive.. washers dont have much water...my clothes is not even wet at all..i added all the extra hoping i could get a clean clothes but im very very disappointed.... I could feel that my clothes is not washed well...not coming back anymore

Been coming to neptune lundry for 17 years now and the place is very humble and changes from then till now have made the place more looking forward to actually waking up in the mornings and coming to do my lundry . There is always an employee there to help, Veronica is a great asset in that lundry as she interacts with everyone , very polite and energetic allways willing to help everyone who has any questions or has a difficult time with the machines. Neptune Lundry East Boston #1 highly recommend to everyone.

Even though i live in lynn , I rather spend 40$ in this laundry than the others ive went to . Employees are very kind and generous especially the am employee , always with a heart warming welcoming feeling like a queen when i wash clothes here . Machines are always clean as well as the dryers ready to wash and dry . Best experience ever !

Are you serious ?! This laundromat has by far, THE BIGGEST machines I have ever seen. (as big as 90 lbs) Clean, quite, well maintained and managed. The counter girl was a doll and so friendly ~ by far, the BEST I have ever been to. Very recommended !!

I love it here! I get my blankets and sheets washed regularly. It's priced perfectly and done same day. When I pick up my sheets or clothes they are folded neatly and put in plastic bags which help for storage. They women that work there are so kind. I do not have one complaint about this place and would recommend anyone in the area to go there.

Clean, open late, but expensive. They offer no small machines under $6. This place is useful if you are washing a whole bunch of comforters or if you are lazy, months of laundry. They don't cater to individuals who do laundry on a regular basis. I think the higher prices is the only reason the place is clean no one on a low income can go there if it is a one person household or a small family. If I want to do laundry late at night I don't mind the inconvenience of going to Laundromax across from Wonderland shopping center. I can get a reasonable priced machine and I can walk to Wonderland and grab a train or bus. Neptune is between Eagle Square and Day Square where the bus is only 120 at night and 120 and 121 if you walk from Eagle Sq during the day. Really better to have car..Lyft,SAFR, or ZipCar, taxi (if you don't mind being fleeced for the convenience).

Neptun Laundromat had just what I was looking for: huge 90 lb washers and free drying. They're service was amazing and they helped me in manuevering the laundromat. They did require the use of a laundry card, which they provided for $1. Prices are fairly reasonable (on a college budget) and the laundromat is clean and spaceous. They have free wifi which was a plus as I was able to do some homework as I washed . I will definitely make this my go-to laundromat.
