Just cancelled my service, never consistent, 3 out off every 10 times they did a good job, if that. Hate to give bad reviews, never any personal problems with anyone who ever came to my house. However the services provided were never done properly, details always missed. Things still very apparently dirty and not cleaned. Dirty pots put inside clean teflon ones. Too many ok workers and not enough good ones.

First time they come they charge you $110 an hour (55 for each cleaning person, they usually come in pairs of 2). They spent 3 hours at my 1400 sq foot house and it was extremely clean. They gave me a high rate (150 I think) for a once a month recurring cleaning. I was able to negotiate it down to 138. Each time they came after, they spent less and less time at my house, and the quality dramatically decreased. The best thing I got for my money was mopped floors. They would completely miss dusting multiple bureaus and side tables, they didn't clean the base boards, the stairs wouldn't be swept (or not swept well at least). All things that were part of my contract. The third time they came they only spent an hour, making it cheaper for me to pay the 110 hourly rate than the contracted 138 rate. So I cancelled the service. The women were all nice to work with, but the business model is poorly designed. They cleaning people just want to get out and on to the next home as quick as possible. I don't recommend.

I had a horrible experience with Molly Maid. They never fulfilled their promise on their website. I don't understand how it is possible to have good reviews with their poor quality service. I am sure their clients don't even check every single corner of their houses to ensure it is indeed a high quality service. I had webs all over my ceiling for months straight. They never removed ANYTHING from the counter even after complaining so many times with the office - their workers are just super lazy and want to do the least effort. In several occasions the mirrors were not cleaned nor was the sink. The office kept saying that they were going to find the perfect team and it seemed that the perfect team never showed up after 2 years of constant complaints. Also, make sure to keep receipts of every single piece of art you have because they broke something I bought in Europe and expected me to have the receipt to prove the price. At the end they gave me 35 dollars for a 200 euro decoration. They also left my door unlocked more than 5 times and the manager kept saying that they did close it which is bs because I am the one coming home to find the door unlocked. They are just the worst cleaning company ever. This company works perfectly for messy people who can see a huge difference in whatever they do. However, my house is always sparkling clean so I expected a really professional cleaning that would take care of details. Please consider a different company or you will have a couple of headaches if you really expect a perfect cleaning service. PD: and they never returned my keys after I finished with their services.

Service quality was good. Got a timely estimate. Actually this was the only place that gave us tips on keeping the place prepped so the cleaning could be effective. That showed that they were interested in getting the job done, not just spend time and charge for it. Professional estimate too. I have left out one star because I was not able to get a confirmation email about the date and time, which left me restless until the day the cleaning was done. On the day they came too early. Sounded like they would like some flexibility on the timings based on their work load but that could inconvenience clients. Hence they stay non-committed about exact timings. But you get a rough time frame, e.g. morning/evening etc. But they'll arrive when they arrive.

I love our Team, they have become like friends and are very special. One morning I said I was sorry that I had not gotten to empty the baskets and my Team said, "no, no' that is our job and you don't have to change your sheets either, we will do that for you. Just come home and enjoy your weekend"! I LOVE THEM and she was right, It is so nice to come home from work and know that they have done a fabulous job and all I have to do is enjoy! I absolutely have no complaints regarding Team 3 or Molly Maid. They work hard and I appreciate that so much.
