Rudest employee tonight. I was screamed at across the room for putting clothes in a machine the attendant wanted but there were no signs reserving the machine. She then came over to the area I was sitting in and was talking about me to other customers

Bathroom is gross (wall is broken up, sink is full of dust and brown line across it), attendee gave an attitude and the washing machine had a green rim around the door. Also walked past like 3 beetles just crawling across the floor. Dryers are really bad too (and expensive)

Can i give it no stars. Place is dirty and rude employees. Dont ask the older lady for help cause she will give you attitude and then whisper about you behind your back all because coin machine didnt work and she didnt want to change money for me.

This laundry mat is great, super clean, nice machines, and the staff is awesome. This is the best facility I've found in this area since i moved to Kingston

If you have to do some laundry and can’t make it to a better place, this place will work. All machines are older, and they don’t have many larger machines. They are very concerned about how much detergent you use. Prices are a little high. Place is not clean. It will do in a pinch, but I wouldn’t come back.

Website says last load in by 8pm. I drive there 25 minutes away there at 748pm and rude worker says laundry has to be in by 745. Waste of time and gas. Fix tbe damn website or fix your worker

I haven't had to use a laundromat in a very long time. But this place has a great employee that is very helpful when it comes to the facility as well as the machines. They have 75 lbs machines that allow you to take less time to wash your clothes. I washed and dried what would normally be about 7 loads of laundry in about an hr and a half. Absolutely fantastic.

Love this Laundry, really do, tho I do tend to get yelled at for something every time I wash here. I just can't seem to get it right. I'm going to keep going & keep learning & someday I will get it right! It's kinda funny now!

The worse service ever, the old lady working there she's so mean,rude, and racist, and she refuse gived the manager contact number, and it's seem no body directing that business, no manager no contact number, the website is not working, absolutely unacceptable, I will never go there again, and I don't recommend it to any body.

Clean, friendly employees, reasonable prices. Still using coin operating machines, so it feels like you've won the jackpot when changing bills, but that just adds to the nostalgia :-)

The only close location to do coin operated machines. You can also chose to have them do your clothes but it takes a day or so. Also prices are allittle high. I paid $5.75 for 20 lbs front loader to wash . I washed two loaders. Then dried two dryers for $2. They have a kids area. But kids area need to be sanitized. Toys and chairs u can see dirt on backs of chairs. I assume that the toys are just as bad. They have vending machines for snacks ,drinks,and washing items. It gets busy after 1 pm .

Worker smokes right outside entrance in smoking area literally 5 ft from door. Door is open so all cig smoke goes inside...disgusting. Who wants their clothes to smell like that????

very knowledgeable about the machines and the weight of loads. they are constantly cleaning the equipment and keep an eye on the operation to watch for the silly games some people play...
