I've had it up to here with this laundromat, and will not be returning to spend any more of my hard earned money. Every time I do my laundry here something else is broken! To top it off, it takes the owner a week to get back to anyone. Random washers and dryers always broken, but you don't find that out until AFTER they've taken your money. I do appreciate that it's open 24 hrs. Because of my work schedule, the only time I am able to go get laundry done is thurs night/fri morning around 3am. Last week it was pouring rain outside so I was absolutely soaked when I got there, only to find that the change machine was broken. No way to get change anywhere that time of night. I let it go, since any business can have a machine malfunction. However, when I went there a little while ago to do laundry, it's still broken (its a week later). It's absurd that its been a week, and they haven't gotten anybody out there to fix it? It is 3:30am right now, and I have no choice but to hand wash some work clothes in the tub, no idea how they're going to be dry enough to wear by the time I go to work :)

Has gone so far downhill since it opened. It's dirty, the supply machine is always empty, the card machines only take cash now, there are lights out, trying to get help customer service wise is impossible, there are only 3 laundry carts which makes it so hard to do laundry when there are so many people always in there.. It seems like Noone cares, whereas when it first opened it was so wonderful. It's just too bad.
