I’ve been going to this laundromat for months, hoping for a better experience each time, but now I’ve had it with the rude staff at this place. Two stars because my clothes are clean. I could list all the times I’ve been made to feel uncomfortable, rushed, and unwelcome at this laundromat, but no one would want to read a review that long. Also, no “lost and found” at Lavanderia, which seems like a disservice to customers, and a waste of left-behind laundry. Other places nearby are cheaper for certain services, as well. And, why are staff so possessive over the trash bags? If they aren’t free, put up a sign. Basically, the staff here makes you feel like you’re an intruder, rather than a paying customer. I recommend you take your business elsewhere. I sure will.

My washer broke and so I had Lavanderia done at my local dry cleaner, but the clothes were rough and not folded neatly. They also do not have a nice scent. I called around looking for another fluff and fold service and found Sudz. They do a very professional job. The clothes smell good, are folded nicely, soft and smell good. The ladies who work there are nice and professional. The best thing, the price is lower!

Lavanderia makes life so much easier. Over the past year, they have proven to be reliable and consistently do a great job. I live in a high rise building with a common laundry room. It's impossible to escape the scented detergent and fabric softener, which triggers everyone's allergies. I send everything to Lavanderia and it comes back scent-free, folded and still warm from the dryer. Even better, the price is less than the other cleaners I looked at. Their dry cleaning services are just as reliable and they do a great job.

I’ve used these folks several times and am super pleased. The service is excellent and they do an absolutely fabulous job getting my garments clean and leaving them smelling and feeling fantastic. Definitely a major step up from most dry cleaners!
