First time in this place. Found out its a card machine payment place and never used that before. I went to the machine for a payment card and only thing the machine say pay $5 for the card. So i did pay $5 for the card. Went to use the card in washer it said i only had $3 on the card. I said that to the girl at counter and she said $3 on the card and $2 to pay for the card. So i said i want my money back! She said i can give you $2 for the card fee. Then i said i paid $5 she said thats all i can do. So i took the $2 and said walking out the door ripping off the poor! I said that because im paid min wage and have to live on the cheap side and when a company can say we can rip you off to your face ill never go there again!!

Very clean, very convenient, efficient place to do your laundry. Even have massage chairs, vending, TV, change machine, drop off services. Just be careful, over the past couple of years, favorite pieces of clothing of mine will "disappear" from the dryers. I recommend to keep yourself close by your things.

This laundromat has gone extremely down hill since new management took over. They cant keep employees minus a couple gentlemen. It's the women who suck there especially the new district manager Susan! If itwasn't for the free dryers and clean machines I wouldn't be coming here anymore. The staff are now rude especially the weekend lady Bonnie she thinks she owns the place. Phil & Gina need to go clean house in that place.

I never write reviews for anything, but I felt the need to write my first one because someone should say something about the possible safety issues and the unprofessionalism of the upper management of the store. I’ll start off with the safety issues. Some of the ceiling panels have been missing for a while and you can see exposed wires. When it rains I’ve witnessed water drip down those exposed wires from the ceiling, creating puddles on the floor and, I also worry that it might cause an electrical fire. That issue should have been taken care of months ago. The second issue involves what friends of mines have told me about the lighting in the bigger parking lot. A few times they would be leaving the store with their laundry only to discover that the lights outside had suddenly shut off when they had just been on. One of my friends said she nearly face planted in the parking lot because she couldn’t see anything in the pitch-black darkness. A different time my friend said that the lights just started to flash rapidly on and off for a long time. It stopped eventually but my friend left with a headache thanks to the flashing lights. My last safety related concern has to do with the small parking lot in the back of the laundromat. I’ve seen shady characters looking checking to see if anyone was watching them before they snuck behind the dumpster, and one of my friends checked behind the dumpster once and found a needle and can of beer. They should think about getting the dumpster fenced off or something. As for the unprofessionalism of the upper management running the store I’d like to focus on two individuals the supervisor and new manager of the store. I understand that employees and their bosses may not always get along, but there should be no reason for me to overhear the supervisor, whose name I believe is Susan or Susanne, and the new manager, bad mouthing their employees behind their back. If there are any kinds of issue with an employee it should be dealt with privately and in a respectful manner. I shouldn’t come to do my laundry only to hear the leadership talking about their employees like they are garbage. Also. I was under the impression that when someone is on the clock they aren’t allowed to play that coin gambling machine they have near the front counter. So, why have I seen the new manager playing it during work hours? Also, the new manager has a bit of an attitude. He comes off like he’s already bored with the job and is already checked out. A few times he just locked himself in what I assume is his office, and I had to help some people out myself because the manager wasn’t in the front. Another big deal was when my buddy told me he overheard the supervisor, before they got the new manager, saying she wouldn’t be hiring this one woman who was interested in the manager position because she was “to old.” That really bothered me because I’ve worked with seniors before and some have told me that they have a lot of knowledge and years of work experience, but that they felt like they were being turned down because of their age. I can only imagine how heart breaking that must have been for them. A lot of seniors work because they believe in working hard, and giving back to their community, and others are alone with little to no family, and are just looking for something to occupy their time. Hearing my buddy tell me that left me flabbergasted. I will not be returning to this establishment, and I will encourage my friends to not go as well. It’s really unfortunate because the employees themselves are great. They are warm, helpful, and inviting, and they keep the store very clean, but I can’t give my money to a company that lets that kind of unprofessional/disrespectful behavior prosper in their management, and I can’t go to a place where I don’t feel safe. P.S. I also wanted to point out that they say they have free Internet but it rarely works.

The washers and dryers are great here! There is not a lot of parking. And although it’s clean to the touch the smell is not pleasant at all. It smells like sewage inside the building. This made me not wanna fold my laundry here I shoved it in a bag and did it at home. I will stick with in and out laundromat where everything is pleasant there including the smells. This week the smell is gone but I went to use the vending machines to get a snack way overpriced!!!! Totally walking to the store next to it

Best laundromat in Lowell! The facility is clean, safe, and modern. All of the machines work and the dryers are free. The staff is great, all super helpful and friendly. They never make you feel like you're bothering them when you ask for help. There are flatscreen tvs everywhere inside, and they have a comfortable and clean lounge area for patrons.

Just know that the laundry center is terrible. Awful customer service. Do not come here. The people there that oversee the laundry mat are uneducated and don't know what to do when the machine undoubtedly eats your money. Then they will proceed to call you a liar. I had my 1st visit on Tuesday the 14th and enjoyed my visit. I didn't have to guess which dryers worked like the place I have been going to. They all work. The attendent on duty that day was very nice and helpful. When I first walked in I was taken back by the cost of the washers compared to where I usually go to. But when I was told that if I wash there I can dry for free I calmed down in my head. The laundry is a bit farer than my usual but I will continue to go there until the free dryer pro motion is over. Then I will have to decide what makes sense financially and time. Dose the cost worth the time saved with working dryers? Well I will see when that time comes. But the plan is now to go as long as the promotion goes on for.

Dryers are free! The staff is friendly and the machines are well maintained. The place is very clean and orderly. The cushy chairs in the seating area have usb plugs for charging! I'd give them 5 stars if they'd turn down the televisions in the seating area. They are usually behind you and I never see anyone actually watching them. At least they aren't tuned to Fox News.

I visited this location twice kinda late in the evening and both times it was packed but there were still machines available. If you wash there the dryers are free and they use a cashless system so you have to get a card from the machine they have there and load it on site. It can be a little chaotic inside because some people don't put the rolling baskets back where they got them and they just leave them in the middle of the floor or they leave their clothes in the machines after they have stopped running but overall this place is very clean, it's open 24 hours and there is plenty of parking.

I went in to the laundromat to wash and dry my clothes. When it was time to take out my clothes from the washer, there were no carts available so I put my clothes back into my laundry bag and took it to the dryers. When I was putting my clothes in the dryer a worker came over to me and said I had to use the paying dryers. I explained that there were no carts but she said that she had been there since 12 that afternoon and she didnt see me. I asked if she could check my card to verify I had washed but she called me a liar and said she knows I didnt wash. When I continued telling her I did wash there, she got her coworker who checked my card and verified I had washed there. The woman that accused me just walked away. I understand they have to be careful of people using the free dryers but I feel she should have at least apologized after realizing she was wrong and not been so accusing to a paying costumer. This happened on October 26,2018 at 4:30PM.

My husband had dropped off a bunch of clothes because we were moving and wanted everything washed again, they didn’t even want to do it until their manager told them too. We got our clothes the next day it was folded poorly and then the clothes that were hung up were on the same hanger. My clothes are still wrinkled. They didn’t even bother putting together socks.. I could’ve done this myself, next time I’m going to stick with the people across the street, they fold, hang and separate your things and put together socks. They also don’t turn away business because it’s too much for them. Will never waste $140 there again!

I have been so busy with finals and work that I completely forgot that I used two dryers. I only took my stuff from one dryer. This was Monday. I am so out straight with everything going on I didn’t fold my clothes to put them away until Thursday am and realized I didn’t have half of my clothes. I typically would never make this mistake but sleep deprivation and stress can make you do things of this sort. I called the laundromat and she said “I don’t know, I’ve been away for 5 days. After 1 to 1.5 days, we usually throw it out.” THROW IT OUT?! First, that’s seriously damaging to the planet to throw away clothing instead of recycling them or giving them to good will. Second, you don’t wait 3-7 days?! Like bag them up and put them in the back to see?! Legit half my wardrobe is gone. I’m a broke and sad college student with no advantages. The woman was completely useless. I had to go check at the laundromat myself and she just didn’t care at all. I probably will never back.

The main reason I go to this location is because of the manager Lynnette. She is the sweetest, loving, friendliest and helpful person I’ve ever met when it comes to customer service. She never makes you feel uncomfortable and is always more than willing to help anyone. She treats everybody the same. Today I saw her get completely disrespected and belittled by this troll of a women who I believe is her superior. She literally started to yell at her and talked down to her in front of everyone. Lynnette literally left with tears in her eyes, a women who’s always smiling. If the owner of this company allows that troll of a women to treat a rock star of an employee this way it says a lot about the company. They should get rid of the troll and fight for the manager, she will be truly missed. I no longer want to nor am I going to go back to this location or any Laundromax locations. They apprarently don’t know what outstanding employees are and decide to hire miserable, condescending, overbearing and just completely rude people.
