The attitude was totally RUDE!! I took the shirts and that Asian lady told me these shirts need to be dry-clean--with each shirt $6.50-- about an hour, after I got my friend's recommendations for the cheaper dry clean price in another place, I drove back and ask for my shirts--the lady first trying to argue these are dry-clean prices, then I told her I don't want to argue but just like to have my shirts back!! SHE THREW THOSE SHIRTS AT ME AND SHOUTING " OMG" before I left the store!! You don't expect those attitudes like that!!! Totally ignorant n extremely RUDE!! Too bad I myself am Asian, she and this store only deserves "0" star in my opinion!! Totally upsetting n feeling insulted!!!!!

I go here to get all of my cycling clothing mended. They do great work repairing small nicks and tears in extremely delicate fabrics, and replacing worn-out zippers. Only gotten a couple items cleaned here - certainly no complaints. Quick turnaround, and they've never been late.

VERY MINOR tailoring repair to an item was EXORBITANTLY expensive ... !!!!!!!! When paying, significant complaints were made about using a credit card (almost to the point of refusing the credit card) ... !!!!!! Staff certainly makes it very easy to understand why negative characterization and disparaging remarks have been (and are) often associated.

Didn’t clean the spots and didn’t tell me that they couldn’t. When I asked why she didn’t tell me before she got paid in full, she said she didn’t have to. So if you absolutely have to use their services, please check if they actually cleaned your garments before you pay.
