The staff is very helpful and friendly. I've even had help with bringing my laundry to my car. The place is also very tidy. Best laundromat experience I've ever had, it's overall a very nice place with good people.

It is very cramped. The television is always loud above washers and dryers, and they always have on questionable news reports that not everyone wants to hear. The employees are gossips who speak over the washer dryers and television, and they approve of, even help certain persons to harass certain persons!

Very unwelcoming. Put down my laundry bag at a machine, then went to use coin machine. An employee very rudely approached me and asked if I was using the laundromat, threw me off and was embarrassing.

I picked up my blouse from them paid $6.50 and tried to pick up quarters as well, they refused to give me quarters for change since I wasn't doing my laundry there (this right after I paid them $6.50 for my blouse from dry cleaning) so I'm obviously their customer. When it comes to customer service one of their workers (blond girl) doesn't have a brain, so I probably won't go back.

This laundry mat used to be the best around....now it's the worst! They should just stay open for washing other people's laundry because that's all that is around. It's hard to get by all of the staff that are crowded in the front folding laundry and the customers are forced to use the dryers in the back (which don't get as hot as the ones in front), not to mention there is a folding table directly in front of the back dryers, so if you're trying to use those in particular and someone is at the table it's a mess. Although the owner/s are very friendly and helpful, a change needs to come about and make it more convenient for your customers, not just staff....only one staff needs to fold in front and taking up all of the dryers in front is ridiculous.

I go to Independence Laundry every week. The staff is friendly and the place is very clean. There are usually one or two washers out of order, but that is to be expected. If you go early enough in the day, there isn't a crowd or a long wait for the machines. Thumbs up!

Just did laundry here. Very clean facilities. The attendant (possibly the owner. A tall man) was there and he was really courteous and helpful to all customers. Never felt amazed at a laundromat like this.

Last laundry load in is 7:30pm. Dryers are 25 cents per 7 minutes. Standard washing prices.

Excellent experience! We were travelling from Florida to Massachusetts and back and stopped here to do laundry. The owner (I believe) helped us choose the appropriate machines, helped us with change, and just was a very nice person and we enjoyed working and talking with him. Don't hesitate to come to Independence Laundry - you will be pleased you did!

Lucky to find this place. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Its clean and convenient parking. We definately will drive from South Boston to wash our clothes while we are working here.

Very helpful staff & they kept everyone moving along (which was great). They were helpful with which machines I should use and let me use a front dryer when all the others were full. They offered to help carry things out for customers: every single customer that came in and going out. I’d come here again in a heartbeat!
