Excellent pl ace to wash clothing clean

I had to dry 5 big dryers (45lb ) for 40 min each. I also had to do a wash @ 6:75 55 lbs. I haven't been to a laundry mat in 30 yrs. I asked the women there how much to wash and dry. She said go to the washing machine and you'll see everything you need to do over on the machines. But her attitude was very rude. When I walked in she told me I don't give change you gotta do it on the wall. She's seeing me struggling trying to figure out how to do the machines and said just read it it'll tell you what to do. My grandmother spent almost $40 in this place. And she has more laundry that needs to get done and I am not bringing it to this place because of that rude worker that you have here. It is 3:25 p.m. on Wednesday I don't know her name. When the clothes come out of the dryer I'm not sure when I'm here and when the clothes come out of the washing machine I'm not drying them here. She needs an attitude adjustment I will never come back here again. The woman should help me. I am a customer not anymore

I usually love this place. Poor customer service today when attendant said she could do nothing for me when I accidentally put a quarter in the wrong dryer. You can clearly see I wasn't using it and it was clearly by mistake. The amount of money was not the issue it was the cold, rude attitude a lost quarter replacement for a long term 3 times a week customer should be a big deal with and attitude.

Had an little issue here and I was personally called by the owner with a huge apology and they went above and beyond to fix the issue. I highly recommend this place, the Owner went above and beyond to make sure I was happy.

Horrible customer service

good variety of washer and dryer sizes, limited folding tables. About a day turnaround for Wash, dry and fold customer service is okay, the manager is rude and spends most of the day sitting and playing games on her tablet. The night girl is a very hard worker and always friendly to the customers. laundromat is clean, always very busy and parking lot is small. would recommend going to one of their other locations where there is more parking.
