This company is an absolute joke. They provide laundry services for my building, every other week there is an issue with a machine being broken. They never notify the building management or the residents of the property. Today the cash machine to load money into your card is broken. ( has a sign that says it’s broken and to use the credit card machine to upload money.... so I try and upload money but oh wait the credit card machine is broken as well. So now my clothes are soaking wet in the washer and I won’t be able to dry them. The one bright spot is I can get my money refunded from the credit card machine... but wait there a catch, they are going to mail me a check for $10 so I’ll see that in about a month. All around a terribly run company, I would highly recommend you to not use them.
