The most important thing to me in choosing a laundromat is the condition of the washers and dryers and the cleanliness of the laundromat itself. This place is SPOTLESS! I have tried many laundromats in Waltham and they have been very dirty and gross inside. This has been a pleasant upgrade for me. I also love how they have laundry cards that you can load with cash or debit/credit card. It’s very convenient. The only down side is that it can get very busy and sometimes you have to wait for an available washer or dryer. But I just try to go during typical non-busy times. I have also used their wash and fold service twice and it was perfect every time.

I don't drive so I thought this place can be helpful but I called them to pick up my clothes and when they return it with the bill, the bill was at least 5-6 dollar high. So I asked my friend sometime to drop off the clothes and prepay it since I don't always have the cash. And the bill was 5-6 dollar less. I don't mind to give the driver some Tips but there were no reason to overcharge it. After a while,owner does not like the way I do the prepay and asked for delivery since she can not over charge it. she started to give me the hard time by not delivering my cloth on-time, and often very rude to me. This not the way to do good business!!!!!!

Had a problem 6 plus weeks ago. I check the washers and dryers before i wash. Because people leave all kinds of crews nails and things of this nature. Must of mist something Had a couple pieces of new and older clothing torn up . So i took pictures with one of the workers. She called and spoke to the manager . Gave all my information to them on paper plus they took a picture. Talked to the guy a couple time was tild no word yet. As he ssid they are on vacation now and will let me know when they are back. ??? Ok this is like 2 weeks later saw the same guy today. Asked if the owners are still on vacation he said no. Well have not heard from them yet. About my damaged clothes. He played stupid with me. I said so nothing will be done right. He said ya i guess not. I asked for the name or names of the owners he said i do not know!!!! Keep treati g me like i was an idiot every Question i asked the worse he became meaning play DUMB!! As treating me badly. So i called it how i seen it SCUMBAGS!!!Right he said yes they are. Just like him. So i got know wear !! By being Ignorant gives them the right to get away with there ways.!!!!!! COWARDLY THEY ARE.

The most awful service I’ve ever seen. They lost twice more than half of my clothes, every laundry they lose a lot of socks and panties! Sometimes I receive stuff which is not mine. Few times I received my stuff back tattered! Hate them! No refund!

Today is my third time coming for laundering my clothes. Staff is friendly and helpful. Nice having a clean restroom and chairs for sitting. Cost per load as of 4 Dec 2018 Normally I use cash but today I had none and needed to use credit card. Cash or a credit card can and must be used for buying one of their "machine" cards. Think of a chipped credit card only usable at the laundromat. Card costs $2 Then must add a fixed amount to the card, either $10, $20, or , $30. For regular wash -- not washing heavy duty like a rug or thick blanket, machine wash is $3.75 per load. Dryers can manage at least two washing machine loads. Dryer is .40 / 8 minutes For example, 56 minutes = $3.20

First time I was there on Friday, the gentleman was great! Sunday was a different story. There was a girl & she had to put her card into the 4 machines needed. I said to her “I have put in detergent; are you delaying the start or should we wait”? She said “no it’s fine”. When I realized machines had started I scrambled to put in detergent & realized I didn’t have enough. I was going to buy it, & got the change, but it would’ve been too late. By this time 4-6 min went by. I went to the desk to tell her machines are started without detergent. She shrugged. I figured might as well let 2 loads wash & go get detergent. When I got back I asked about starting the 2 loads again because it wasn’t my fault she started them all without my being ready & I now have the detergent. She said it was not her fault. Then asked “Who comes here without detergent? It cost me 23.00 for 2 loads of wash @ 5.75 each. I’d never expect anything for nothing. I would not have never written this review if she didn’t have such an attitude. This is the first I’ve ever written.

Excellent service. You first need to get a card for a small fee to which you add money. The card will be necessary to use the laundry machines so its awesome.

Awful place, won't go there again. I took my clothes there because it is very close to my work place. But it seems the service is super expensive. It costs 5 dollars a wash which it is much higher than other places as I know usually it costs less than 2 dollars. I would just take my clothes out and take it to another place for dry.

Nice friendly people, spacious and convenient. Be aware that upon your 1st visit you must buy a cash card for $2 to use on the laundry machines since they are not set up to accept coinage.

They imidiately recognized that this was our first time in the here and offered some help :). As we only had to use these machines once in our US stay they gave us their card so we wouldn't go through the hastle of getting/filling the card with cash or whatever. Also, if I may add there is some jolly mexican music in the background for you to improve your cha cha.

They over charged me for dry cleaning twice now! They charged me 4 dollars a shirt when the list price is 2.25, nearly doubling the price. Both times they refused to adjust the price or honor there listed prices. Complete scumbags and I will never ever use them again. So upset for trying a second time after they robbed me once. Honestly thought they messed up but clearly they didn't, as this only the second time I used it, since the last time i was over charged. To be over charged 2 out of 3 trips is not an accident especially if you refuse to give me my clothes, unless I pay what they want, not the listed price. Horrible business and a nightmare I never want to live through again. I hope you never waste your time or money on these crooks!!!!!!!!

I like it here, the machines are generally in good repair and the staff is friendly. Bathroom is clean and they have WiFi! I do wish they had more folding tables and it can be a bit cramped getting around. Try and go when it's not busy for sure!

Highly recommend NOT using Crescent’s wash and fold service. They lost several pieces of our order, and when asked about finding them, denied all responsibility and would not even consider looking for them. Use at your peril.

Super clean, all but one of the machines worked, and I really dig the reloadable cards. I thought it would be more expensive than the coin op laundromat further up Moody Street, but I think it might actually be cheaper. Will do my laundry here till I either move away from Waltham or move in to something with laundry in unit.

Staff was really helpful and friendly. Everything is clean including the restroom. There is both street parking and parking on the side of the building. They run off a card system, but because I don't typically need to use a laundromat, the staff helped me start my laundry and made it much easier.

Clean and very friendly staff. Machines are good and well maintained. Have a small table in the back outside to watch the Charles river, ducks and train going by. Used this place for years.
