I was looking for a dry cleaners with a good review rating and this one seemed to be better than the others in the area. But I was very disappointed with the result. I brought a pair of pants but when I collected them they were exactly the same, with the same stains almost as if they didn't even clean/wash them. Prices seem to be fair but I don't like to pay if you don't deliver

I took 6 shirts to be refit there and they did an excellent job on all of them. I would recommend Columbus to anyone who is on the fence.

I have used them a total of 2x and was very disappointed with the overall unprofessional conduct of the staff and owner. They are over priced! The quality of work done on my shirts has been less than desirable. I found stains that weren’t there before and my “dry cleaned garments “ reeked of perfume or some awful cologne. I personally witnessed the staff making inappropriate comments about another customers soon after they left the store. I knew this was not a place I would go back to and do any business with. I have not been back since ! The Columbus Avenue Dry Cleaners should not be located in such a great and culturally diverse neighborhood! They are not sensitive to what America is and has been built on ... and that is Diversity !

!!Canadian Goose Jacket Specialist!! Best Dry Cleaner in Boston, Period. My girlfriend has a white Canadian goose jacket that got stained with black mud from being dropped on a street in Manhattan. The stain was deep and in the front middle of the jacket. It was really bad. Columbus Dry Cleaners got the stain out in 3 days and made the jacket look like new again. We both have Canadian Goose jackets (mine is black...) and will be getting them cleaners 2 more times this season. We don’t trust our jackets to be cleaned anywhere else!

Brought my beautiful silk shirt and they put snags and ladders on it! The shirt had a stain and they didn’t remove it at all. That was the case I brought it for and I got back the same thing, adding those ladders on it, which of course ruined the shirt. It also had no fresh clean smell either. Do check your clothes before paying and leaving!

These guys are the best. I have tried every pick-up and drop-off dry cleaner out there, and all of them were shambolic. They'd deliver or pick up on the wrong date/time, confuse the stuff that was to be folded with the stuff on the hanger, damaged the clothing, or dropped off half of the order one day, and I would had call and ask them to deliver the rest. By contrast Columbus always got it right - if you had any questions or problems you could text them and they'd respond like they actually knew what they were talking about. Prompt, courteous, they actually knew who I was and treated me like a client and not just some guy on the other end of the app. Highly recommend this family owned business. Special thanks to Bill!
