Shop is nice, staff is polite. Clothes didn’t seem to be cleaned whatsoever

The person at the counter is rude, arrogant and unprofessional. Four days after I left a jacket for dry cleaning, she told me she edecided not to clean it because it had a stain. She said the stain was going to get worse if she tried. All this in an unacceptable tone. Then I went home and cleand the stain with common soap without any problem. I will never bring my clothes there again.

Nothing comes back clean. Many of the stains are still there and some caked in now because of ironing.

They advertise same day service, but don't be fooled, it's 3 days minimum for a small load.

Great dry cleaner for clean clothes, stains and spots - not so much! Great customer service, place is always clean and presentable. I do wish they would work harder on getting rid of stains and spots on clothes - I usually wash things at home when I can before I bring it in.. so it's mostly for pressing. Their leather vendor is awful, my leather items always need to go back a second time because they never even try to clean things. It's conveniently located with lots of metered parking around... but if you have dirty clothes I would try Sarni Cleaners in the Back Bay or Holly Cleaners.

Just picked up two suit jackets that have ironing burns on raised seems and both are still dirty in obvious places. Woman at business would only refund me for one jacket. After looking at the recommendations, I never should have come here. She even had the audacity to suggest that I should mark the stains with tape if I want them cleaned. I mentioned that I saw the reviews and should have taken them seriously. She responded that this is the first time she is hearing about a problem and all other issues had been addressed. Wow! I would have done a better job of cleaning them myself!
