Experience on all levels was superb. Arrangement and availability of the appliance we were seeking , LG French Door refrigerator 26 cu feet , water/ ice and happens to have smart technology . The measurements worked for what we needed , pricing,commensurate to other appliance stores, , delivery and take away was offered and a great deal . Also the delivery was personalized, easy and very competently completed . The exisitng copper water line to the fridge was supported, used.and appreciated,by sales ( most appliance stores insisted on customers buying their plastic line hook ups and refused the copper water connection line. They wanted the customer to use a plastic connection, only , to the fridge from the water connection and it is inferior to copper). They were great on all levels . The customer service was good, details were good, excellent follow up and they are a factory authorized dealer . So far there is no down side . Can get filters for fridge. I've worked with the team at Automatic Appliance for several years. I've purchased several appliances from them and used them for in-home service. I can't say enough good things about them. They're honest, trustworthy, dependable, and offer good advice. Just this morning I called in because my dishwasher wasn't draining and Jim asked me to try a few things over the phone. The fix solved the problem, but if it hadn't, he was planning to send someone over this afternoon to look at it. They're knowledgeable, responsive and honest - I can't recommend them highly enough.

Jim has saved the day over the years and he did it again this week. Jim delivered and installed a new washing machine after our 30-year old Maytag died (Jim installed that previous machine in 1989). My husband washes clothes ever day since he stubbornly owns only 4 pair of underwear. He insists that that is all he needs. Well, when our 30-year old Maytag finally died, my husband was in a panic. Jim came to the rescue and delivered and installed the machine himself. Automatic Appliance Service is a wonderful and knowledgeable place to come for help, service, advice and a good buy.

Stay away from these "professionals". I invited them to diagnose and repair my dishwasher and after initial visit ($84) they spend 3 days to offer me a quote to do a repair for $400, because they did not want to select which part out of 2 is broken and wanted to replace both. I searched the Internet, found a simple test how to tell which one is broken, bought the replacement for $92, installed it in 10 minutes and everything works

I am so impressed with Automatic Appliance, I want the world to know how good they are! I needed a new washer and dryer and had read Consumer Reports but was very confused by what I read. So I stopped by Automatic Appliance. I appreciate small family run businesses. I had been to Sears already and worked with a very nice sales person but came away more confused than ever. Joanne, the owner, spent quite a bit of time with me showing me a variety of models and washer types. She was professional, informative and patient. (And funny!) She had lots of information she could share with me. They only sell models and brands that they recommend and you can see them in the store. That inspired my confidence. We also looked at her IPad for detailed information as we perused different ideas, questions, and concerns. She gave me all of her time and I came away knowing very clearly how to make my decision. I was very pleased that they match prices with their competitors. In fact, I would understand if they didn't do that because they give you so much personal service. But they do! My washer and dryer were delivered by Jim, the owner and his assistant and I couldn't have been more pleased at the attention to detail they gave to the job. They were right on time. They taught us about safety and efficiency at the installation and I was grateful for that. They improved the position of the dryer vent from what it had been and explained why. I am extremely satisfied with every aspect of Automatic Appliance’s customer service. And I did not have to sacrifice pricing to get that. Why wouldn’t everyone go there?

Customer service is a priority with this family-run, local business! A great buying experience. I recently purchased all new kitchen appliances. Jim, one of the owners, spent a lot of time making sure I understood the difference between appliances. I never felt rushed but he was also sensitive to my time schedule. He even had an employee call hours before delivery when he found out that the fridge was on back order to try to save me from cleaning out my fridge. All of his employees, including office staff and installers are equally devoted to making customers happy. He and his employees also did not smell of smoke and were very respectful of my home during the installation. Recommend this company highly!!

I purchased three Weber Grills in May from Automatic Appliance and discussed my need for new appliances with owner Jim Green. He delivered and installed the grills on time and I was very pleased. I have since renovated my entire home and spent lots of time looking at appliances while the work was in progress. I shopped every big box store and many local dealers. I am so happy I decided on Automatic Appliances. Jim Green and his staff could not have been more informative, more helpful, or more patient with all my questions. I considered every brand and model and bought what Jim originally suggested two months prior The communication, the delivery and the follow up could not have been more timely or more professional. Customer service was fantastic. I had to replace my old broken refrigerator of unusual size. This shop was the only place where people listened to my needs and requirement, and provided options with a clear explanation of their pros and cons. Before visiting Automatic Appliances I tried Lowes and Home Depot -- I was not able to find any customer service there. I also visited Belcher's Appliances and found their customer service non-intelligent.

After attempting some cleaning and a bit of troubleshooting of my dryer, I called Automatic Appliance Service and spoke to Jim. Because of a busy schedule of repairs he couldn't make it to my house for almost a week. I described the problem to him, and the fixes I had attempted so far, and he helped me figure out which parts to replace. I drove over and he had the parts waiting for me. Had a nice chat, got a few tips, and headed home where I had the dryer working in about 20 minutes (for $24 in parts and a short drive). Terrific service and help. I'll definitely return the next time I need appliance help.

After looking around at the big box stores and other local appliance dealers, I ended up where my family has purchased and serviced appliances for as long as I can remember (my mom bought all her appliances here when I was growing up).
