I don't write reviews unless there is something exceptional to say. Not only this place is very very costly - taking $9.20 for washing (not dry cleaning) and ironing a single pant, and $3.30 for washing and ironing a single shirt, they could not give me a properly ironed set of clothes even after I returned them the first time.
When I went to collect my clothes first time, I saw that the press was done poorly. I showed it immediately to the lady the counter and she identifies and apologizes for the mistake - takes back the clothes - and tells me that they would be ready the next day. On the next day, the clothes aren't done any better but she now "she can explain".
Don't get me wrong. If there is a situation to understand, I accept and understand. Giving me a justification that this is the best possible iron that can be done on a shirt and pant shows only their lack of sense. I have ironed clothes too. I know how to do it.
She explains to me how she has never seen clothes ironed differently before. I have ironed my own clothes many times and if this wasn't for an interview I had, I'd have taken some time and got them done either some place cheaper or by myself. I agreed to pay this high price only and only for convenience. But even after taking the clothes back once, these people not only did not do it badly, but also had the audacity to "explain" it.
It is seriously irritating and disturbing to have to argue with someone 2 days before an interview. On top of that, you have paid them an amount in which you could wash and dry a bag full of clothes.
Very thankless job done by these guys and very carless attitude. They don't at all seem to understand their job. Go to any shop other than this.
