Utterly disappointed with this company. Purchased a 1000$ Speed Queen commercial grade washer in late January 2019. Within 4 weeks the machine stopped completing cycles - needed to stay with the machine to ensure cycles finished. Lock mechanism appeared faulty. All Cape notified as the machine has a 5 year warranty. Scheduled an appointment for two days later. Found that the mother board was faulty. Technician stated the part would require 2 days to arrive and they would be here shortly there after. - 5 days later received a call that technician would arrive in 3 days time to complete the work. Technicians arrived to discover they had ordered the wrong part. Off they went to expedite the CORRECT part order. Now 5 days later have heard nothing from the company and the machine remains unusable. The company seems completely inept and I would HIGHLY recommend if you are in the market for an appliance, you find another company.

Purchased a dishwasher that they said would be delivered to their store in one week. Called after a week, and they said it would be in two days later. Called five days later and they said it would be there in 5 days. Called 5 days later, and guess what... they said they still don't have it but it should be there in 5 days. I cancelled the order and went to Lowes which had it in stock. Should have done that in the first place.

Polite but Not very helpful answering questions about purchasing a new panel Ready dishwasher to replace my broken one. Printed me a spec sheet and Said they are one-size-fits-all (which is vastly incorrect for panel ready). They didnt have any samples to look at just offered to order me the basic model after showing me several other brand floor models with the statement that “they are all pretty much the same”. After further research of my own I discovered it would not have fit so its good we went elsewhere to purchase. A different store gave me a lot more specific information.

I purchased a washing machine several months ago and worked at length with the owner deciding which model was best for my needs. He was patient, knowledgeable and helped guide me through the process. The washer could be returned within 30 days of purchase if I didn't like it. I am returning to buy a dryer very soon.

There is no reason to go to a big box store. Their prices were similar or better, they don't try to sell you needless "kits", they deliver faster (two days versus two weeks)and don't charge for hauling away the old machine. We bought a new Speed Queen and found the staff friendly and knowledgeable - just a positive experience overall.
