Place blows. They wouldn't let me in after 9.30pm (I got there at 9.35) to do a 30-minute cycle. They close at 11. And the guy was super rude and slammed the door in my face.

The location is great and it has a nice look, but many of the machines are out of order. When I key the person on duty know about 3 dryers not working, she just shrugged it off. You have to purchase a card and load it to use in the machines; I thought this was convenient initially, but when you’re dumping money into broken machines and unable to get a receipt from the card loader, it’s a different story. There are plenty of outlets for your electronics, but most don’t work. I stopped using this facility and go to one a couple blocks away.

A little pricey and you have to buy a money card in order to use their machines. The lady behind the counter was rude and acted like it was the biggest burden to help me get a card.

Lots of varied size washers (large single, as well as double and triple capacity) with plenty of dryers, and a few folding benches if you don't want to wait until you get home. They also offer drop off service (I've never personally used it because I live so close, and it's just as easy to do myself but I like having the option) The hours work well for me 7-later than I need (I believe it's 10)

Very nice, quiet, clean place for laundry, with extremely helpful staff and reasonable prices (note that I am from SF, so my idea of reasonable may not be the same as yours). This is probably the fanciest looking laundromat I have ever been to--the location and the decor are way too cute for just a place to wash clothes--and as a bonus, it wasn't filled with screaming children. There is a wash/dry/fold service as well for those who don't have time to wait and $1.25/lb to burn, and single load packs of detergent are available at the vending machine, which accepts the same laundry card ($2 for a new one) as the washers and dryers. This really is a great spot, if nothing else because you can grab a cannoli from Mike's around the corner as you wait for your clothes.

This place was perfect for a traveler like myself. I was able to drop off my cloths and they were washed, dried, and folded in two hour time. It was WAY cheaper then the hotel laundry service. They charge by the pound. I paid something like $18 for 15 lbs. of cloths. If you are traveling and need laundry service, then this is the place to go.

Great place. Very clean and modern. Very friendly and helpful staff. They made sure I don't pay too much money as a one-off customer. Make sure you get coffee from the Italian store across the street while waiting.

So far so good. They have a dropoff and pickup service at $1.25/lb If you are like me who saves enough to do laundry every two weeks, it will turn out to be not that expensive considering the time you save waiting and folding
