Dropped off two suits to be dry cleaned. When I got them back, both suits were still wrinkled much like they had been before being “cleaned.” Neither suit was fresh. From what I can tell, they basically did some sort of minimal steam job, hung the suits on hangers, and called it a day—taking my money in the process. I will absolutely never use Zips again.
